Nicole is a kind and knowledgeable leasing expert who made our move-in easy and seamless. Since moving in, Justin has gone out of his way to help us with after hours lockouts, lost keys, and anything else we needed! They are the best! The entire process with Chancery Square has been great. From touring the apartment to the application process, Caroline has been there to answer all our questions and ensure everything was handled quickly. The building is clean and dog friendly, and in a great location. Maintenance is great as well and always No complaints at all and would recommend Chancery Square to anyone looking to move to Morristown!

I just moved into Chancery Square, and the leasing and move in process was a great experience. I originally met with Caroline to tour the building and available units. Caroline was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. She was responsive and thorough via email with all of my questions before I moved in. Nicole was in the office the day I moved in and was also very friendly. She was able to help me reserve an elevator to make the move in quicker. Thank you both!!

My husband and I moved to Morristown last summer and couldn’t be happier with the experience we’ve had at the Chancery Square apartments. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all things! The building is beautifully maintained and the landscaping is refreshed for every season - major curbside appeal! The amenities are top notch - it is so convenient having the fitness center, amazon lockers and outdoor seating available for use wherever we want! Juan, Antonio and the maintenance staff are always friendly and accommodating. They do an excellent job with the upkeep of the building

Caroline and Nicole have been super helpful throughout the whole process of leasing a unit at Chancery Square! Both are super friendly, informative and prompt with replying to any questions my roommate and I had about the building. The units have updated appliances and flooring and are very spacious! I think Chancery Square has some of the best priced units for the location (steps from the green), space, amenities and appliances. Also I am very happy with the security they have in place for the residents. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience at Chancery Square!

I recently relocated to Morristown and am very happy I selected Chancery Square. From my initial telephone call and video showing to move in day Caroline and Nicole have made the entire process seamless. All inquiries and requests are handled swiftly and efficiently. Building is well maintained and any of the workers we have come in contact with are extremely friendly and helpful.

Leasing and moving process went smoothly, and Caroline and Justin were helpful throughout the process (before and after move-in) whenever I had questions which was definitely appreciated. The apartment is spacious and looks really nice. There's never a shortage of parking in the lot, and luckily people have been pretty respectful so no concerns with parking there or worries about getting dents/scratches based on my observations the past 2 months. Everyone I've met in the building has also been really nice, welcoming, and informative. Friends and I were considering different places in Morristown
