At Complete Home Inspection Services, we abide by the Standards of Practice (SOP) and Code of Ethics as set by FABI. During the inspection, which entails a visual walk-through of the property, we check the condition and repair needs of all safely accessible systems and components from the roof to the foundation.

Incomplete work, missed a lot of issues that now as the homeowner are going to cost me quite a bit to resolve. Those issues could have been used as negotiation tools with the seller before I purchased the home if Mr. Cooke would have done a complete job. He does not respond to emails or phone calls. Very good at avoidance. Quite the unprofessional. I'd give him zero stars if I could.

Do not use this inspection service! Albert assessed the water heater was "working as intended". When we moved in, the water heater was corroded from within and completely shot. The valve going to the water heater was also not closing and leaking when turned. Albert blamed it on "water quality" and was very arrogant in his responses and never admitted he simply made a mistake. He also missed a few other very obvious items and also had other excuses. Choose any other home inspection company.

Albert was amazing. We were under contract on our first ever house and didn't know who to call for an inspection. We found Complete home inspection services and Albert online and gave them a call. We were scheduled quickly and Albert showed up early and did an excellent and very thorough job. He let me follow him around the whole time and explained everything he was doing. He was also quick to answer any of my questions and got the final report out to us the next day. We didn't end up purchasing that home, but a few weeks later we were under contract on another and didn't hesitate to call Albert

I cant say enough good things about Albert. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything he was looking for. He didnt mind me distracting him with questions. A very understanding guy with a great attitude. The report was extremely detailed and easy to understand. There is no one better for the job!

Albert Cooke of Complete home inspection services did the inspection for the home I'm buying and his work was excellent. He was much more professional than others I spoke with, and he let me walk with him during the inspection and answered all of the questions I had and then some. He does a lot more training than others in the field and even teaches home inspection classes. His rates were on par with others in the area, but for the quality of his work and his professional presentation it would be well worth it to spend the extra 50 bucks or so for him if you find someone cheaper. A+
