Kevin is a State of Florida licensed and exam-certified residential and commercial property inspector. Kevin possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. Prior to becoming a licensed Property Inspector, Kevin was a licensed General Contractor. Kevin possesses over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction both in the United States and internationally.
Our average cost of a full service home inspection on a 2000 sf home is roughly $400.00. Far less than the average cost of an appraisal, which you pay for, that benefits the bank. A thorough inspection performed by a Licensed and Certified Home Inspector with experience (over 15 years) both as a residential and commercial general contractor.

A Bennett Property Inspection Condominium Inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of the building systems and components within a condominium unit. Common elements are not included in the inspection since they are covered by the technical audit performed by the condominium association and are a shared responsibility among all unit owners.
A Four (4) Point inspection is often required when obtaining a new homeowner's insurance policy, or when renewing an existing policy. Four (4) Point requirements will vary from carrier to carrier usually starting at 30 years or older. The purpose of the inspection is to determine the approximate age, general condition, and remaining lifespan of these systems.

I am buying a property in a different state and it can be very tricky since I cannot see it in person. With the covid-19 pandemic, the problem is even serious. Kevin made it very easy by inspecting the property thoroughly and professionally and promptly provided a very detailed report with a lot of photographs so I can point them out to the builder before my purchase. Working with Kevin was the easiest experience! My situation was somewhat unique as I was flying in town to buy a house and needed someone trustworthy to finish the inspection.
