Throughout many years of providing this service to clients, I have gained the experience and expertise necessary to make this process as seamless as possible. If you have any questions, simply reach out. As a Home Inspector, I'm involved with some of the biggest decisions in the lives of my clients.

I work hard for each and every one of them, making sure they get the best real estate services and advice possible and doing so with honesty, integrity, and respect. We inspect in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas near me. We also offer 4 point and Wind Mitigation inspections. Inspection conducted in all cities within Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando County.
Services
Our home inspection process starts with a one to four hour visit to the home you are interested in buying or selling. During this time we look at all the aspects of the home to determine what condition each are in. We will then provide you with an accurate and unbiased assessment of the property. This will come in the form of a 15 to 40 page report with pictures and descriptions of any areas which are below good condition.
In Florida, a 4-point inspection may be required prior to the purchase of a home that is more than 40 years old, depending on your home insurance provider. Our 4-Point inspections are completed by a licensed inspector and include evaluations of your roof, electrical wiring, heating and cooling systems and indoor plumbing.
The inspector was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs, to the point of making an additional trip due to the water not being active. I will use him again. Comments: It was a great experience the guy I met was on time, did exactly what I needed and asked for, in a timely manner.
InterNACHI will pay up to $10,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property.
When buying a home, you will want to order a home inspection soon after your purchase offer has been accepted. Many real estate contracts allow a limited number of days to complete a home inspection (and then to request repairs, or cancel the contract if needed). Make sure the inspector you select has access to on-going technical support and offers you post-inspection advice if needed.
