Tim's work was outstanding. It was clearly organized and understandable. Both from my end, as a buyer, and from our seller's end, we were able to see the needs and discuss how they would be handled. Two-man wrecking crew. After Tim and his helper left my home our air conditioning condenser suddenly stopped working due to a fried sensor, my whole house water treatment system mysteriously had a broken PCV pipe resulting in whole house water pressure issues, my automatic lawn sprinkler system was reset and needed to be reprogrammed, and three rooms had stained carpets from something that was tracked in on the bottom of a shoe. NONE of these issues existed prior to this visit. Don't allow this company to enter your home if you don't have to. Do your research and insist on a professional home inspection
