Anna at Splash Salon is top tier. She is personable, professional, bubbly, kind, and listens to what you want and then makes it come to life! I have had one bad hair experience after another and had even tried doing it myself (yikes!). Until today! I have found a hair professional I can truly trust and would recommend to anyone! I was beyond happy with my hair! Anna turned trash into treasure. I felt like a different person by the time I walked out of there. Splash salon has great prices and a welcoming environment full of bright stylists.

I called this salon today, panic stricken from a bad experience at another salon. The woman on the other end of the phone, answering for the salon, was professional, understanding and straight forward. She… allowed me to come in today so that she could get a better assessment of my hair and alleged problems. Upon my arrival, the staff was very welcoming and inviting. She was prompt and able to help me right away. Although she was completely booked, she still managed to fit my necessary services into her schedule - which I couldn’t appreciate more. I usually never write a bad review but I was very disappointed when on the day of my birthday party I showed up to my appointment and the salon was closed. I called on July 15, 2021 multiple times and couldn’t get through, so I emailed them to book my appointment. I talked to Jacqueline and she booked me for Sunday July 25th at 11am with Ana. It was never communicated with me that they are closed on Sunday’s until the day of my appointment when I arrived to see that the sign said they are closed Sunday’s. Furthermore on google it showed that they are open on Sunday’s. Just very unprofessional

I've been a long term client of Jacqueline. She is incredibly talented and professional and holds her staff to very high expectations. I'm absolutely pampered here. My color always turns out perfect and I have complete trust in her handling the constant evolution of my hair- keeping it seasonal, keeping it fresh! I also trust her product recommendations, and exclusively use what she suggests. I've had Hand-Tied Extensions for several months now and I get a lot of complements from people who don't realize I have extensions. I really didn't want to leave a review, because I really enjoyed my experience the day of the service. everyone was friendly and helpful, I was a hair model for the beach wave perm class that day, and I really was excited about the results. when I was finished, you could tell my hair didn't take the perm at all. I was a little disappointed but I… figured it would look better once I got home... It didn't get better, I reached out to the salon and everyone was so helpful the first day. I haven't heard anything else about it, and my hair was "curly" 24 hours... Just really disappointed that

As a first time client I was nervous . From the first contact the experience was top notch. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by name. My stylist Kirstin took time to talk to me about my expectations and we… formed a game plan. After traveling to multiple high end salons throughout multiple states, I finally found the one and only salon and stylist who understands how to exceed my expectations. Blonde is a complicated color to get right and I have had many stylists over the years get it wrong. Not here. It’s ALWAYS the PERFECT color. The upscale salon is friendly, professional and the environment is positive. Every time that I leave, my hair looks like I just stepped out of a movie. This is the reason that I travel over 6 hours bimonthly because I want perfection and Jacqueline delivers EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Bottom line

First of all, let’s me just say Anna is a hair Goddess!!! I called Sunday morning needing and appointment ASAP and they were able to get me in at 4:15 same day 😱😁 I went in knowing mentally what I wanted but… couldn’t find the right inspiration pic. After showing her a few similar pictures and vaguely explaining (because I could explain it right 😂😂) she got me better than what I wanted. I will forever be a client of Anna. As someone with Mediterranean complexion and black, fine and wavy hair, I truly struggled to find a good hair stylist that could color/cut my hair in a way that's not too light/blonde or too subtle. I originally went to G Michael’s for color and cut. I left there with blotched hair, the stylist took off 6 inches of growth when only 1 1/2-2 inches was discussed and it was uneven and butchered. Last night… Skylar color corrected the other salons botched job and gave me a fantastic cut. I love my hair, she took my inspiration photo looked at my hair and was like “oh yea, I can do that no problem” and boom 💥 she did!! Thank you! Before and afters attached.

I had an amazing first experience at Splash Hair Salon. From the minute I called the staff was extremely accommodating in getting me an appointment with a talented artist. When I arrived I felt well taken care of and very relaxed in the salon. Time simply flew by. In the end I LOVE how my hair looks. I’ve never had a style like this but I’m thrilled to rock it. Ok so I went online to find the absolute best colorist in Indianapolis, IN . Splash salon caught my eye so I figured I'd give it a try. Well I was not disappointed. Jacqueline and Kiersten went above and beyond to give me exactly what I asked for. They went from taking my box dyed red hair to a copper going in to blonde balayage. Not an easy task for sure!! But I love love love my hair and honestly the best dye job I've ever had in my life. They also have thee best customer service everyone was so sweet and they make sure you are comfortable with a luxury experience while getting pampered

I had the best experience at this Salon! I just moved to Indianapolis and was in need of a new stylist, I dont know very many people, so I did a Google search and read reviews. Splash had amazing reviews, and a… lot of pics. Splash did not discount, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Jacqueline my stylist discussed with me what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page before starting, she then proceeded to color and cut my hair with obvious skill. The results were on point, so happy with my hair! Grateful I found my new stylist and salon!

Couldn't have been more satisfied! I was visiting from out of town and decided to fix some "homemade COVID hair" and came upon Splash... Skylar had availability to highlight, tone and trim my hair and she got it spot on! she was very honest about how close she'd be able to come to my ultimate hair destination because of how far from it I had taken my own hair - was so grateful for her frankness but she came pretty close! she managed to blend my roots with the "yuk-yuk" with hi and lo lights and toned it to a beautiful color that I was thrilled to achieve! I came in not know what to expect. It was easy to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in that same day. Very nice salon and clean and pretty. The ladies were nice and I had been paired up with Madeleine and she had my hair laid out. I got my hair colored red. She went over the prices with me so I knew what I was paying for. She was nice to talk to and honest with what she was doing with my hair.
The chair that you sit in when getting your hair washed was amazing. It's a full back massage chair, very relaxing! They have wine and water, which is always a plus at any salon.
