I want to highly recommend this company! I was flying in from Texas to purchase a property here in Wichita and desperately needed an inspection.
I called them on Wednesday trying to get an appt before I flew back on Saturday. Although they were booked, the lady in the office went above and beyond and asked the owner Eric, if he could do it on Saturday.
Eric was punctual, very friendly and highly knowledgeable. He pointed out a number of big ticket items like HVAC, Windows, mold, foundation issues and even a jacuzzi that had no plumbing to it!
I had other questions and he was very patient in

I was very dissatisfied with the inspection performed on a house I have a contract on. The inspector took very poor photos, missed things that I found after he left and made several comments on the report that he could not determine and recommends a licensed company assess further. If I had known that was what my inspection was going to consist of on almost every concern with the property I would have inspected it myself and saved the money. On top of that, I have emailed questions back to the inspector, along with pictures of things he didn't include in the inspection and have not heard back from
