If the sewer line has major faults and must be replaced, inspecting it will allow you to avoid the cost of an expensive repair. A sewer scope inspection is done with a flexible borescope camera, which is fed through the drainpipe of your home and into the sewer lines. This lets the inspector see any potential issues with the sewer lines, such as clogs, cracks, broken pipes, and other problems.

When I scheduled my home inspection I received a confirmation email for the time and date. The confirmation included the person’s name and picture to show who will be the one showing up. The inspection was very thorough and the report was sent to me in detail with pictures to verify what the issues are so I could make a decision to fix immediately or can wait.

We recently used Hoffman Home Inspections to get an inspection for a home we are in the process of purchasing. We were very impressed with the thoroughness of their inspection. We were allowed to observe the process and ask any questions during the inspection. When finished they gave us an explanation of the things that were inspected and problems that were identified. We received a printed report in a couple of days with a thorough explanation of issues, including pictures that were taken. We were impressed with the entire process and found the inspectors to be friendly, courteous and very easy

The day the Hoffman Inspection team came to inspect our prospective home, they encouraged me to ask questions and I comfortablly did. They are honest and they know what they are doing.
