Larry was really great. He took his time to inspect everything. He answered all my questions with informative answers. He went over things with me in person as he saw them. He was very nice and professional. He took a ton of pictures that were added to the report that were very easy to see issues. I'd definitely reccomend him.

Larry did an inspection for us recently. He is very professional, but most importantly he is extremely thorough which is important when buying a home. This is our first time buying and he explained the inspection process to me before coming out. He addressed the immediate concerns before leaving and explained things I didn’t understand. Larry is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does! We will use Larry again if ever needed!

I was looking for a good home inspector for me and my wife's first home and found larry cox on Google. I have to say he is worth the money. He was extremely detailed in his inspection. Just by talking to him I could tell he takes great pride in his work and strives to give the best inspection posable. While he was looking at our home he was extremely focused. Larry did an excellent job on our home inspection; he really knows his craft. My wife and I are pleased and have recommended his services to our housing addition. He got on the roof and into the attic. He found things we were not likely to find, and gave some recommendations on things we could do on our own to ensure the reliability of appliances.
