We currently live in Phoenix AZ. We are looking to buy a home in Kansas. After reviewing several companies we chose Premier due to the 5 star rating. We surely was not disappointed! They were quick to respond with an appointment and had the report the following day. The report was very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend!

I have used several inspectors over the years. Charlie is very easy to work with. He is methodical, and if there are issues he will find them. Most important I do not like surprises nor do my sellers or buyers like like surprises. He provides detailed information so surprises do not happen very often. Then the sellers, and or buyers go through the material and use good judgement as to who needs to to what for repairs, and what repairs can be monitored or even ignored.

Provided very thorough full house inspection (4 hours) with prompt report and clear recommendations. Great job walking that fine line of identifying problems while not overblowing the small stuff. Was able to do radon testing and brought in a termite inspector as part of the package. During the inspection, offered helpful verbal comments on possible solutions for problems identified. The best money I have ever spent! So knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and friendly! I attended a good portion of the inspection and asked several questions and Charlie really took the time to explain the answers to me just as he explained all of the items in the inspection that I needed to be aware of. I only thought I was impressed until I got his actual written report the very next day and then I was blown away by the information contained in the report with pictures, comments, etc. Just amazing. Bob Kingsley with Premier Home Inspections is absolutely wonderful. He was recommended by my realtor but do not let that scare you away from using him as an inspector! I have purchased four homes in the past 20 years and have always had reasonably thorough home inspections, but Charlie has got to be the most careful and meticulous home inspector I have ever met. His keen observations were critical in my decision to pass on the purchase of an expensive, but poorly maintained home, that had some undisclosed issues that were not easy to spot.
