Stranded nearby in our RV today. Brandon and his crew attempted to diagnose the problem, but determined that they couldn't help because the fault code was designed to be hidden from all except Dodge dealerships. Even though a Tech spent about 45 minutes on our vehicle, he refused to take any payment.

Was told to bring my truck back in and would fix the squeaking of my brakes.....Then was told oh just give them a little while new brakes squeak and then they'll stop. Never had mine do this when I did them. Had them done in September and the noise is getting so bad its embarrassing every time I stop and spent quite a bit to have them done.

Another shout out to the crew at Eagle Tire Pros! I dropped off my Mercury Mountaineer to have new upper and lower ball joints, tie rod ends and sway bar end links, followed by an alignment. I expected they would work it in over a couple days... 2 hrs later I got the call everything was done! The Mounty drives like new now! Thanks guys!

Super nice and honest staff. They were able to fit us right in, but needed to keep the car for a couple hours. We didn't have any other car with us on our trip and they were able to lend us a car for free for those few hours. Really appreciate the customer service and great prices!! If in the area and need work again for sure going back to them!!

We were coming in town for the 4th of July holiday weekend. Our a/c stopped working and the tire pressure lights all came on during our 3.5 hour drive to Norris. Being a Friday before the long holiday weekend we were worried we could not find someone to look at it. Even though we are not regular customers, they made the effort to help us despite a totally full schedule already! We were up and running for the ride home on Monday and couldn’t thank them enough for their honest and quick service.

During a move from SE KY to Central VA we encountered an issue with the tire on our 14 foot trailer. We were trying to do a 7 hour drive in one day and time was of the essence. The team at Eagle Tire Pros had great tires in stock and served us very quickly. They had new tires on the trailer before we could go across the road and go through a drive thru for food! Fantastic customer service. Also, their bathroom is awesome :)

I was in TN on vacation and had what I believed to be a brake issue. I took the car into Tire Pros to have it investigated and repaired. Much to my surprise they found no issues - they had multiple techs drive and attempt to recreate the issue I experienced but were not able to do so. They could have said you need new brakes. And I likely would have said “OK - do it”. Instead they were honest about the situation and charged me only their diagnostic time. A good feeling to know honest / trustworthy individuals and businesses still exist.
