One of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in! The maintenance staff is absolutely incredible and so personally invested in your happiness in your home! Tracy and John are so polite, kind and genuine!
Miranda is an absolute doll and Kim has been so sweet to work with. Living in an apartment complex can be tough but if you give them the opportunity to respond to your complaints they always make the situation right!
Apartments are clean, you can't hear your neighbors at all on the sides, and any issues or broken things get fixed the same day! They even give you free bagels and bagel

Kim is the WORST property manager you could come across. My husband and I had a problem with a check that our bank gave to us as a refund (they didn't manually enter it into the system correctly therefore it wasn't able to be cashed until the bank fixed their error). This was supposed to help go towards rent. I went in and spoke to Maranda who was super sweet as I sat in her office balling. Maranda sent Kim an e-mail on Saturday, they are closed Sunday but left the bank Branch Manager's business card who wanted to confirm that this was not an error on our part and to therefore not penalize us with
