A few months late... but my husband and I lived at Pearl Creek for a little over a year and we absolutely loved it! We had two little puppies and they loved the walking trail right behind the complex. All maintenance issues were addressed within a day or two. The location was super convenient for us and we felt safe. Unfortunately, I ended up having a high-risk pregnancy and we lived on the third floor. Monica and Taylor were more than helpful in getting us out of our lease due to my complications. Now, we live in a one-story house but we still miss our beautiful apartment!

I’ve lived here for about 4 1/2 years and thoroughly enjoy the area. The apartments are very beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. The lady’s in the office are always pleasant to speak to but seems like it’s really hard to actually get ahold of anyone in the office if you have a real concern.
We used to have such an issue with people not picking up after their animals and you would see it everywhere on the grounds but it has been taken care of that I can see, but I am seeing a lot of larger aggressive breed dogs ( which where against their policy when I first moved here )

Being new to Sacramento and making the mistake of moving to North Sac, made my choice at Pearl Creek A very good one. Where do I start!? The grounds are immaculate. They have very friendly tenants that make you feel welcome when you interact. The pool is beautiful and heated. Staff is ON IT! Morgan, the very beautiful leading agent of mine is absolutely helpful & friendly. The two bedroom I chose has a very large living room space with nice appliances including wash and dryer. I moved in this July and couldn’t be more happy. I have witnessed a couple homeless people outside the gate in the evening

I can only give it three stars because there are some issues with this place.
I've been here half a year and live in the back of the complex.
The pros are the apartments are nice. Very quiet. With the windows closed, the noise outside is very low...even the trains.
Nice appliances, decent cupboard and counter space make it a decent place to call home.
The management has always been good to me and have had no issues with them. Most of the neighbors are nice and enjoy chatting with them.
We do look out for each other...which, sadly, is needed.

Still living here renewing our lease again for a 3rd year. love it here. Beautiful peaceful place. Everyone here kinda does there own thing there's not much to complain about at all. Clean place, big apartments super spacious, very clean. It's super convient just 2 minutes from EVERYTHING. the pool and spa area is super relaxing, gym is very clean and well kept along with all the nice equipment. The women in the office are great super nice and friendly. And the maiintence helps keep the place well kept. And if u have a problem they respond fast and handle the situation.
