Noisy apartment. You will hear constant water noises all day and night, flushing toilets, noisy pipes, laundry room noises, and I have a neighbor who does laundry each night and for some reason, the washer of my neighbor is where my kitchen is, so I hear that washer going each night when I am having dinner and it's NOISY. Noisy water pipes day in and day out, noisy people partying on the patios. This place is an overpriced dorm.

The only reason we had to move out was because of the high rent, but if it was up to us we would stay until it’s time to buy a house.
For this being our first apartment, we never had any security problems or hidden fees so it was like a breath of fresh air while waking up to a pretty view each day
The park across the street is super close in case you have pets and around here is pet friendly

Maintenance at Rosemeade continues to deteriorate. Water dripping down from my bathtub is dripping down to my neighbor on the first floor. She notified the office a couple of days ago, but nobody has shown up yet.
I saw the current damage to the downstairs apartment and also saw that the small drippings in my tub was increasing. What was at first, a normal repair that required instant attention, it is now a huge job that is going to entail the tearing down of wall and ceiling.
Any moment now, the ceiling is going to come crashing down and make the downstairs apartment unliveable.

The whole family lived for 1 year and our contract was renewed as the apartment and the manager are amazing. If a question arose or something went out of order, the manager answered the request very quickly and the problem was resolved. Very green, clean and safe. The pool and jacuzzi are in excellent, clean condition. Comfortable sun loungers and barbecue area. If you are thinking of living in this place or not, then definitely yes. Everything is perfect here.

Have lived here for 2.5 years and really enjoy it here. It is quiet and clean and the office staff and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Lourdes she is always so warm and helpful.

Melissa Bonilla and the entire staff have been the absolute greatest.
COVID brought with it many challenges for me (and many of those in the Rosemeade community), and the staff has been both accommodating and empathetic to the nth degree.
In a season where it’s seemed that many have been focused on themselves and their own well-beings, the Rosemeade staff has gone far and above the call of duty to extend care and warmth in an undoubtedly frigid time in our country.
Now, I realize that I’ve compiled what seems to be an unabridged novel of praise and laud for Melissa

Here is a Picture of my spot at Rosemead. Very good quality in their apartments and good prices as well. Management is on top of it with heir service and always someone in the office to speak with if its slow on the phone. Also what other Apartment Complex has a 24/7 Sauna on tap! Amazing Gym for late night workouts, a racketball court.

This is not a community this is a corporation don't let them fool everyone! Easily the worst experience from beginning to finish! Definitely not worth the price you pay for rent and don't expect your deposit back, expect to pay more. My husband and I moved in November of last year and from the beginning the upper management were very cold and not approachable at all. In the first month the washer broke down and then a couple months later the dryer. When we asked for help we then were told it wasn't a top priority so we had to wait to get it fixed, that's not a big deal but for

This is the best apartment complex anywhere. The maintenance and management staff are extremely professional and responsive. If there's something that needs fixing in the apartment, it never takes more than two days for them to take care of it.
The apartments are really nice and the location is amazing, but the security of knowing you're respected and taken care of is the best feeling when living in an apartment. My apartment was at the end of the sewer line and we had a couple backups which could have been a LOT worse if not for the response of management. They got the line clear,

I have lived in many apartments over the years and worked with many property management companies. Living at Rosemeade is the absolute best experience my boyfriend and I have ever had renting. We love our apartment and the management team is fantastic. I have felt so comfortable and so safe living here, and am so thankful we found such a wonderful place to live.
The grounds are always impeccably maintained, and the pools and fitness centers are always squeaky clean.
The parking is AWESOME. It can be such a huge hassle trying to find parking at other complexes, and having two dedicated spots

Property staff is excellent and I love them to death, but Con-Am upper management (who run Rosemeade) is solely out to make money. Back in May, my ex girlfriend filed FALSE accusations of domestic violence to get out of our lease after I broke up with her, which Con-Am happily allowed her to get off our lease with no financial responsibility, sticking me for the entire $1435/month rent for a 1 bedroom. I begged Con-Am to please let me off the lease as well considering I don't even qualify income wise by their own minimum standard set forth and the fact that I'm battling to clear my

I've lived here for years now and I just renewed. The property manager is awesome and the reason I always choose to stay. It's very hard to find a community with great property management.
You can't beat the value. The apartment interiors are nice. They come with storage on the balcony and an attached garage.
Also, the community is right down the street from the Roseville Galleria Mall, the Fountains, Paul Martin's, Blue Nami, Target, Walmart, I-80, and it is still located in a beautiful neighborhood. Pretty hard to find. I love it here.

I have lived in this apartment complex for a little under a year now. While my biggest gripe comes from the price of the rent.... it's kinda what you ask for when you live in this part of Roseville.

My family and I lived here for a year and a half in 2014-2015 and we just loved it so much; we had to come back. The grounds were always kept beautiful, the staff was ALWAYS friendly and always treated us like we were valued. The apartment was more like a resort and had all the updated fixtures and we wanted for absolutely nothing, when we did move, we were not nickeled and dimed, instead we actually got a good amount of deposit back.
We moved for only 6 months due to unforeseen financials and my husband being out of work. We went to a cheaper apartment and boy was that ever a lesson. YOU GET

My fiancé and I have lived here for two years, have never had an issue. Lovely place to live and very accommodating. Especially our neighbors. Would continues living here if we weren't expanding our family. On to a house now.
Lynde, Caprice, Ashely, are just a few of the office staff I've dealt with and they have been happy to assist me or help out. That goes for the maintenance staff as well, I don't know where this being treated rude is coming from. All of my encounters have been nothing less than pleasant.

I lived in the Rosemeade apartments for about a year but was transferred to Yuba City. I enjoyed the one bedroom apartment as well as the beautiful grounds, pool, hot tub and pristine comfort of the surroundings.
Recently I moved back into a two bedroom apartment but immediately realized that it wasn't going to be large enough to fit the all I had collected in furniture and treasures ;). The staff worked with me to be able to move out early with a fair cost to me.
If you move in where the two stall garages are below you be ready for the sound of squeaky doors, so try to have your own single
