I didn’t have any issues. The only reason I am moving is to be closer to the school I am going to now. I have enjoyed my apartment and my neighbors. Very little sound travels between apartments. Maintenance was performed soon after being reported. 🤷♂️ In reference to another post, I’ve never seen any rodents. I have no complaints and I am a bit sorry to leave.

I have lived here for almost a year. Just easy living. Quiet. And the office ladies are amazing. Always throwing little parties and getting residents involved. The maintenance guys are all really great. Helpful and always remember me and my mom. Everyone there is super friendly including the residents. Lots of dogs there. But its not loud or smelly.. i appreciate the time they take on the landscape and the shared community areas. Pool/gym/Pet spa/picnic areas. Highlyy recommended

BEWARE FUTURE TENDENTS. There is a black mold problem here. My interior windows, my floors, and parts of the interior lining around the apartment have been growing mold for several days, despite several bleach wipes and my attempts to clean it. Mold can be considered a dangerous health hazard and can suggest an internal construction malfunction. It can cause lung and immune system problems. They need to fix this problem and address this issue, I've heard many other tendents with the same complaint.

Lived here for 2 years. Never ever took care of the rat infestation in my apartment. Never came out to look at fridge that stopped working. The lady in the office would come in my apartment and give my dirty looks when they would do maintenance and wouldn’t answer me when I addressed her. Terrible place to live and my apartment was pretty clean when I left it they didn’t give me a dime of my deposit. Unbelievable “management”.

Newly remodeled, upgraded interiors, added amenities and reasonable rent makes Rocklin Manor a great choice for local apartment living. The staff at Rocklin Manor have all been more than helpful and attentive. Stephanie, the property manager is professional and knowledgeable.

Loved living here! Moved to another city due to a job change, but would have stayed here for much longer. Assistant manager was kind, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance was the best experience I've ever had. Quick response, professional, kind, and unlike some property managers, never made us feel like we were at fault. They were even thankful that we were prompt to call and report issues. The outdoor space was beautiful and a fun environment for our two year old to run around. A few loud college students, but that's to be expected given the location. The only other negative was lack of storage

If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would! Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. Not only did we have a mold problem, which we did report. They only scrubbed the area with water and god knows what. But didn't even bother to look behind the mold as it was on the bottom trim part. But the wonderful lady who works there over charges us, makes us go in the negatives because she decides oh it didn't go through? Well let me charge a bunch of different amounts at once. You have to be kidding me! Then to say she only charged 600?! When clearly our bank account says differently.
