Highland Creek Apartments

I love living here, I have lived her since 2008 And moved out in 2009 but back moved back in 2010. The management is amazing, Ursula and Susan. they are always helpful and sweet. If you have an emergency or non emergency maintenance, they take care of it without any delay. The landscape is maintained well and so is the security really good. It's close to shopping malls, with a walking distance to grocery stores. We also have amazing school in district.

I love it here. I've had a great experience the entire year my son and I have been here. The management has been friendly and helpful and always very responsive. The maintenance guys are friendly and nice as well. I've had some issues concerning the construction going on, mainly how unprofessional they've been with how they communicate with each other in my home and I felt they've been really messy and don't clean up after themselves but that is not the apartments fault. When I've brought that their attention, they've been more than helpful and always try to find solutions so that I am happy. The

Worst apartment I ever rented. Manager Erin harrased me the entire time she was a manager on site. Her assistant couldn't answer a question if her life depended on it. Prior to Erin as manager it was a pretty good place to live. No issues. I have a disabled grandson living with me and my neighbours upstairs from me had two disabled kids. Erin constantly harassed both of us. One of my grandsons was hit in the head by neibours kid with a hammer. Nothing done to them. Not evicted or disaplined at all. RPD said they couldn't do anything about it cuz kid was under 12 yo. Another kid set the field on

If there was an option to give this 0 stars, I would. But since I can't, well say the 1 star is for location! So sad that apartments that used to be so great are being ruined by horrible management/workers. These apartments are in such an amazing location, so close to everything but it makes it really hard to live somewhere when it is a constant battle trying to deal with the ladies in the office. Don't have anything wrong inside of your apartment because it will take FOREVER to try to get ahold of anyone to get it fixed! I've read the two reviews (bad), but I'm not sure what they're talking about...I haven't experienced negative actions on management's part...I'm thinking the bad reviews were sour grapes because the tenants couldn't do whatever they wished (like living in a barracks?)...Well, I for one am GLAD that mgmt. keeps a tight rein on complaints about noise, appearance of property, smoking...If you want to do whatever you want, live on your own island!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Whatever you do, unless you are DESPERATE to save like 50 dollars a month, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They don't care about you after you sign the lease and move-in!!! DON'T DO IT!!!!!
They also lie and tell you you'll be on a wait list for the lower income for an average of 6-8 months, that you just "have to wait till it opens up" - and after OVER 19 months of waiting - it is still NOT available!!!
