This has been the worst experience of my vacation in a long time this hotel/renovated apartment complex needs help. The tv's are 2001 and 35 inch just rediculas, fuzzy picture, air conditioner are too small for the area in rooms, out so seriously under construction. I really feel ripped off and fraudulently lead by pictures on line.

This hotel isnt that bad as far as cost is concerned. If your looking to save money it might be cheaper than the casino prices. Plus if you got a big family then the rooms might be a little better cause they are bigger.
Unfortunately I dont think this place is that good to stay at. They dont clean the rooms good. The sofa had a bunch of hairs on it. The iron didnt work. The bathroom doors didnt close right. Tvs are out dated. Basically the rooms need a lot of work.

This hotels management has gone downhill. My son and I stayed for a few nights before pandemic and it was great! We went back again a couple months ago and the experience the experience this time was horrible.
We booked a suite in which to my surprise was not even ready yet. There were many things not in the room yet, including 2 air conditioners that were eventually found to be blown out and no tv. This info was not provided beforehand.
Fast forward, I check out and a couple days later I get a bill for damages of $150. They said that their "checklist" showed that there were cooking

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Room was dirty with dirt and twigs took several calls and no one came to clean I found a person with a broom and I cleaned it myself!! Called for towels and extra blanket never received! Hotel store never opened, offered a coffee maker but not even a courtesy bottle of water to make coffee and I called the front desk many times and they were disrespectful every time like you were bothering them. Horrible stay at this place. I would not recommend to my enemy

I figure I will be nice and give this 2 stars, because I am a clown and don't want to be completely rude. The BIG PROBLEM I have with Las Vegas are the resort fees that they tack onto the room charges. I have gotten used to paying them, and pay them without squabbling, but when I pay a resort fee, I like to get something "resort" in return.
The restaurant was closed due to COVID. The gift shop was closed most of the time, but even when it was open it had about 3 items in there. The main pool was closed...and they can't use COVID as an excuse, because it was closed two years

Place is disgusting, our room smelled like mildew and we figured out why right away, a/c unit leaked water Onto floor, there are homeless and camping trailers with people living in them throughout facility, I got a notice on my truck saying it needed to be moved from the parking spot for no reason explained while there was a camping trailer with numerous people living in it with trash everywhere. Spend the money and don't stay here yuck!!!

This is literally the worst place I've ever stayed in Vegas. If i could rate zero stars I would! They don't even clean your room unless you request it the morning of! You can't even tell them yes clean it when you check in. Our room slept 4 and they gave us two old crappy towels with no wash cloth or hand towel. When I asked them to clean the room the only thing they did was change the towels. Finally morning of checkout they literally knocked on our door at 8:30am for cleaning. Do NOT recommend this hotel at all!!!

Please Read Before Staying! It will save you your MONEY.
Throughout our stay, we actually had a pleasant experience. Check in and check out was pretty easy. The front desk was nice and they were able to accommodate my stay. I give it one star because there were bed bugs in our room. When I got home from our trip, I noticed eggs and bed bugs at the bottom of all of our bags. Now we have a long process ahead of us to exterminate all of the potential bed bugs we might have brought back home.

We have family here and are frequent Vegas travelers. I've never been surprised by my bill until this booking through Hotels.com. Evidently, Hotels.com isn't on the same page as Alexis Park,
with regard to the price charged for a room. Hotels.com listed my four day stay including taxes and fee's at $462.60 before adding $61.88 to be paid at Check in. Hotels.com charged my card $887.45, plus $86.74. Checking out:
The front desk gave me and itemized bill for $674.19; but I should receive a credit of $86.74 in four or five days (for not breaking anything). Bottom Line:

9/25/2021 Don't believe the bad reviews. The first room we stayed in was like new. We moved and got upgraded at no charge because the first room A/C had a glitch. The second room was 2 story with a kitchen and living room, all new. The outside looks old and hasn't been updated yet but I came here to sleep not stay on the grounds. I did see a nice looking older pool but like I said we didn't stay here other than to sleep. The staff was super nice especially the younger gal with lavender hair. Overall a great stay, I'll be back

Received incorrect information when booking. I called to double confirm and was told by 2 diff associates that I would be getting the 2 story bedroom with 2 queen beds and a jacuzzi. I clearly asked if they were certain and they promised the 2 beds and jacuzzi. I came to check in today and there was nothing Sandra or Lisa (manager) could do. they offered a downgrade but we declined. The upgrade was offered with an additional $150 charge. We asked if they could do anything about the fee and they could only offer $50 off. We could've got a room on the strip for the amount we paid here. Not coming

This place is trash. Trash with a capital T. I stayed here only because it was hosting the Muscle Contest Patriots Challenge event. The room was dirty as in unknown hairs on the shower door. Dead birds and trash on the ground in the lot. Our ac broke and they couldn't give us another room cuz they were booked but also didn't have any other offers or would they just refund us.
We asked for turn down service three times!!! Three. They never came. And when we called they said they had no record of us asking for turn down service. This place is disgusting. Don't stay here. Read the

We chose to stay at this location because of cost. The rooms are recently renovated and dependent on the room, they are very spacious. We stayed in the King Suite and it also had a pull out in the main living area which was great. The price in regards to the space can't be beat. The parking is outdoor but the rooms are relatively close and they also have two pools that are on site open 24 hours.
Reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the noise once in the room. The doors around our room would open and close at all hours of the night and it sounded like it was our door. The sound
