The hotel guests were rowdy, the rooms were relatively old, the toilet did not flush properly. In the connected rooms, you could easily hear your neighbor. Outside and inside the hotel people loitering in crowds felt unsafe or at the least, uncomfortable, (due to having consumed alcohol/ substances). The casino was nice and fun to go through. It has a separate parking lot on the side, which gets very crowded in the evening including visitors that don't stay at the hotel (it should be sectioned off for visitors first and foremost). The location is interesting next to the Mob Museum and very

You can hear everything in the room above you! Hotel is cheaply made. Quiet hallway Ana great view. Also front desk staff unapologetic, I don't like that..

The staff was AMAZING. APRIL at the front desk, couldn't have been kinder. She was accommodating, extremely professional and made our entire trip more pleasant then we expected.
ANA G. cleaned our room and it was immaculate. We will return and we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
We were on the 26th floor. Grand tower. Loved the view.
Recommend the Mob Museum offer of 2 for 1. Favorite part, the bar downstairs:)

The stay was nice. If you don't park valet then you'll have to park across the street in the structure. They do offer free parking for staying guests. I stayed in the tower where check in is on the 18th floor. Upon checking in I was promptly met with a smiling face, April. She explained how to contact guest operations. Much could be done on the phone via text. Room cleaning, extra pillows, etc. Checking out was just as easy as a text. The TV could be controlled by your phone. You can connect you Netflix and cast with Google Chromecast if desired. Just remember to log out before you leave

We are here now. Staying 2 days. TV in our room not working. Called down, ok someone will be up. Wait. We leave, come back. Call again. Okay someone will be up. 9pm go down due to no one answering. Employee that came to look.... Says broken... someone will be up. Now it's 11pm. No tv. No one came up!!! Best employee we came across was our waiter at restaurant downstairs. We have stayed at multiple hotels in Vegas.... Choose ANOTHER!!! You do not want to stay here!!! Continental breakfast line has one person ringing, one gathering goods. Line from hell!! At least 40 minute wait!

Spent one night here after flying into Vegas late for a Arizona road trip. The place was clean, had a parking garage across the way and friendly front desk folks. It's right near Fremont Street excitement if that's something you're into. Overall just what we needed for a quick rest and easy morning out of town.

I came in for a couple drinks at the Fernice Bar here and non the less, I had a great time. The staff there was amazing. I came with a couple friends and specifically Puaolena served us with such delicious drinks. We were only going to stay for like 3 hours but the great costumer service and conversations that we had let us know we weren't leaving for a couple more hours. My friend said this was one of the best experiences they've had at a bar and would definitely come again!

So many things to love and so many things to not love so much about this wonderful property. It is in a part of Downtown that is really happening and happening for a long time.

I have stayed in both towers and facing many roads but I am writing this at 2am and the bass coming from the music playing out from the street is something ear plugs and their in-room sound machine have difficulty drowning that out. If you crave/need peace and quiet to sleep, be prepared for the outside sounds. Mainly traffic and music.

They have friendly staff but can only comp limited drinks. They have a beautiful outdoor

I tagged along my husbands annual golf trip and we stayed at The Grand for 7 days. Pro: The corner room in the Galley tower was lovely, however it was pretty loud! Cons: there's only one restaurant and it has limited hours, the casino tables were dark on Tuesday & Weds then open with limited hours, the valet is also limited, so it can be hard to get your car out/in, this is a factor because no valet service means you have to brave their terrible self parking! No lights, no parking lines, no security and very dirty. It is for those reasons I'm not sure we will stay there again.

Went to the grand for 1 night just to see diplo dj and I am so disgusted to say that I got BED BUGS staying at this hotel. Yep. Bed bugs! I called them to tell them after I left and they said they'd "look into it and call me back" never got a call back. Now I'm spending 700$ to have my house fumigated for bed bugs. Be aware! Stay away. Pay more for a nicer hotel. It's Vegas ! Tons of nicer hotels! Will never be back!

Citrus Grand Pool is definitely the worst venue in Downtown, & probably all of Las Vegas. If it takes an hour to get a drink, you have to rethink your entire operation. Additionally, the floor felt like it was going to fall through.

Slots and table minimums are UP all over downtown. $10-$15 tables like craps in all casinos. Downtown Grand said $5 table weekdays before evening and went on Tuesday and all tables were closed! They haven't figured out that $5 tables will bring in the crowd.

I've visited the Grand Hotel/Casino 3 times now at their rooftop pool for night time parties and events.
These events have been a very crowded & popular event that always draws in a big crowd.
The venue (casino) and the facilities themselves are always in great condition and it's a nice casino.
However, at these event, they have always had way too little staffing and in particular: bartenders/cocktail servers.
They're never have more than 3-4 bartenders trying to take care of very huge lines that take 45mins-90mins to ever get to the front.
So get a table you say? Tried

The parking lot is awful :( it is disgusting. The casino was alright. The hallways remind me of staying in a hostel. The pool looked murky, but the worst part of the stay is it is now 3 AM and the music is still going

We came to this hotel for old school by the pool event . We ordered patron shots and the server brought back a bunch of cheap tequila shots to the table. The bill was $602 and honestly It was the absolute worst experience. The service was slow and lacking . It was very hot and their misters were "broken" and not once did the cocktail waitress take any trash or empty cups . For Las Vegas I expected better !

The Grand has great customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was great. The pool is dope too. They even had a DJ at the pool on Saturday afternoon. I like how it's only a block from Fremont Experience but it's more quiet on the Grand's side. Also, the Philly cheesesteak at Freedom Beat on the first floor is good. The Grand needs some more variety in slot machines but it was awesome that they have $1 blackjack. I stayed in a 2 queen room and a king studio suite. The superior queen was a normal size room. It was the perfect size for 2 people, but would probably be tight

Been here many times I enjoy the location close to Fremont street but this time I came I first pulled into the valet to only realize they closed the valet said it's been closed since November which really sucks cause their self parking garage is kinda sketch so we unloaded with the help of the bellhop and checked in got our room in the new tower which the rooms are nice but kinda small and there is an up charge to study in the new tower and then I noticed at night you
Can hear everything like the walls are paper thin which kept waking me at night, and then. If you are gonna close valet you
