I really liked how it brought back a sense of normalcy in all of this change we are dealing with. My 'after workout high' was such normal part of my weekly routine, so this keeps that going. I love the OC virtual workouts! They are allowing me to workout whenever I have the time. They are also well created for the home environment while still maintaining the intensity of an in gym OC workout. They make me feel so much less stressed and more happy! Also, I'm actually able to workout more frequently now than I was before and my kids often join me in the workouts!
Group Circuit Training Classes and Obstacle Course Recreation to build a community of adults that have a fun place to get fit. Build strength, cardio endurance, balance, coordination, and speed. Personal coaching calls (1 session per quarter) to help set goals, answer questions, give advice, provide guidance and recommendations.

Please bring a towel and water. We have filter water available to refill your bottle. Bottled water and healthy snacks are also available for purchase from our vending machine. Create an ObstaCourse account online so that you can reserve your classes in advance from your mobile device or computer. Please be sure to show up 15 minutes before class begins so that we can check you in.

ObstaCourse is nestled in downtown RWC. There is convienent parking behind the gym and street parking in front. Classes are a max of 25 people, there are cleaning supplies at each station for clean up after each circuit. Cubbies at the back of the gym for you to store your items during the class.

This is seriously the best gym to workout at. there are people here all different sizes and different levels. if you want to lift heavier....then grab the bigger weights.....if you want lighter weight...grab the small ones....you need to have your workout modified because it's either difficult or you have an injury, no problem. this is family owned… and run. they workout with you too. they teach you form and the proper way to lift so you don't injure yourself. its a group setting and the music is loud and pumping. the coaches help you and cheer you on. if you're serious about getting into

The Obstacourse team become family. Always looking out for your best interest, while providing a safe clean well equipped gym. The classes are second to none, full body conditioning, strenght, cardio and super stamina improving training. Keith and Chrissy have done an incredible job, making fitness fun for all levels "athlete" or couch potato!

This place will not just rock your world it will change it and you for the better!!! I was recently part of the OC Back to school challenge and I lost 22.2 lbs and 15 inches in 4 short weeks!!! If it didn't… happen to me I would say not possible, but because it happened to me I can say it definitely works. If you are on the fence jump off and join the OC comminity!!

I really can't say enough good things about this gym that I've been going to for several years. It's a welcoming community for people of all fitness levels. The workouts are efficient, varied, don't get boring, and are always challenging. Sometimes they're even kinda' fun, in a sweaty, hard workout kind of way. The reason for writing my review now is that I was recently injured outside the gym and have some limitations for a few weeks. My journey to fitness is probably like that of many others. I would commit and go strong for a week or two and then I'd get lazy which led to creating many excuses to skip working out. One day off, turned into months of sitting around thinking about getting in shape without taking any action. I got fed up with being out of shape and my mental health was suffering because I wasn't in the body I wanted to be in so the search for a gym began. This is when my friend introduced me to OC.

If I could give this gym 10 stars I would - I started Keith's virtual workouts in October while most gyms across the country were shut down. As a lot of people can relate - I gained some weight whilst spending more time at home and I needed a major push to kick start my healthy habits mindset / self accountability/ weightloss journey. The community of instructors at OC FITNESS are truly passionate, knowledgable, and inspiring day in and day out. Really solid place to train for my spartan race! The 6 pm Tuesday class is so very fun and intense and I was absolutely crushed and sweating at the end of it! Tara is an encouraging and fun instructor and the exercises are all reasonable and modifications are provided so you don’t feel overwhelmed. This is a fun community!

This gym is more than just a gym! Words cannot express how great this place is. I've been going here for several years and not only do I love the variety of workouts - HIIT, strength, etc, this place has the best coaches and the most supportive community. The atmosphere is non-judgemental, friendly, and the workouts are super challenging and never boring. Pre-Covid, I would look forward to coming here everyday. This is my happy place, my place to unwind, de-stress, get healthy!

Had a chance to try the SGX Obstacle Course Training Class through ClassPass this week! Would definitely recommend Obstacourse for those training for Spartan-type races or generally trying to get in better shape.
The class starts off with a self-led warm-up with recommended exercises written up on a board, followed by an overview of each exercise station with some demos. We partnered off and were split into three groups. You go through a series of stations with 1 minute active run "breaks" in between each station. Something special about this gym in Redwood City! As soon as you walk in, you instantly feel better and excited to be doing something positive for yourself. Coach Keith plays great music and inspires you to take action. He really knows his stuff and you can tell he works hard to create a supportive community, there's always something new going on.

Great experience. Keith goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. As a newbie in strength training, the welcoming attitude really helped me feel at ease.
The class is challenging, but the time goes by quick as your jumping from workout to workout.
This studio is ran by kind people who you can tell are in it for the right reasons.
Will def be frequenting this studio again as soon as I recover from the soreness!

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO KEITH!
The facility is down the block from our office and we were able to coordinate body scans from our employees participating in a 8 week health challenge we are running.
Even though it was a bit of a short notice he was able to make the process very seamless and all the employees that visited the facility had nothing but great things to say.

So. This is place is great! It's strength training that everyone needs. I've been going for about 2 weeks now consistently, two to three times per week. The members are very welcoming and I am very out of shape, but no one has made me feel out of place, it's a good mix of fit folks and people trying to improve. Keith is great and really does a great job with encouragement, and helpful criticism (keep your back straight, keep a 90 angle, that kind of stuff) without singling you out.
