My name is Nick. I love my family, fitness, and helping other people achieve their health and fitness dreams. I specialize in helping people with busy schedules make the most of their workout time, so they can reach their full fitness potential. I have 3 girls under the age of 6 and run my own business, so I understand the struggle of finding the time to exercise and knowing how to optimize that time.
Servicing at-home and outdoor personal training sessions in the San Francisco Bay Area from Menlo Park to San Francisco and along the coast, north of Half Moon Bay. Your training is customized to you based on the things that make you and your goals unique. We'll lead you through safe and effective workouts as well as plan what you should be doing on your own between training sessions.
Meet with us on a regular schedule every week for Zoom workouts. Using live video allows us to lead you entirely through your workouts while still watching and correcting your technique in real time. Your training is customized to you based on the things that make you and your goals unique. As your fitness progresses so will your training.
Nick leads you through 5 pre-recorded workout videos that are designed to burn calories, improve endurance, and strengthen your entire body in a well-balanced way that will decrease risk of injury and improve your posture. This is a tool to help those who are unsure if they are performing an exercise properly.
These 5 workouts are designed to burn tons of calories, improve endurance, and strengthen your entire body in a well-balanced way that will decrease risk of injury and improve your posture. The workouts are doable by all fitness levels. We give multiple progressions of each exercise so you can exercise at your appropriate intensity.

Over the past decade, I’ve had three personal trainers and most recently signed up with Kyle at Palladino. It’s been the most incredible experience; Kyle is compassionate, knowledgeable, reliable, and makes working out fun.
My entire experience with the team at Palladino has been great, too. The owner, Nick, is professional and runs a tight operation. All in all, I’d recommend Palladino Training in a heart beat!

We have been working with Nick for nearly half of year now. Nick is such a great trainer. He is professional, friendly and prompt. He comes to our home to train us weekly and pushes our limit to the right degree every time. He is also very observant and flexible. Once, I had a pain (probably caused by running). He patiently took the time to observed how I run and gave me many good tips to avoid any in-appropriate posture. From time to time, he charms us by leaving us a note on our treadmill "please do 3 sets of push-up before you run'. Luckily, he never checks on us for that :-)

Nick is an outstanding trainer. I'm almost 70 and not a natural athlete. Over the past 5 years Nick has developed a gradual plan to meet my goals of improved strength and balance. He's adjusted workouts to meet challenging conditions such as sickness or injury and varies my sets to keep the workouts interesting. Throughout, he encourages me to eat properly, exercise regularly and, generally, enjoy life. My results include stable weight and defined muscles in my abs, arms and legs. I had Nick for 3 years as my personal trainer. What I loved most about him was his ability to keep the workouts varied the entire time I was with him. Throughout that time I pulled a few muscles and hurt myself (doing activities outside of his workouts) and he was able to design the sessions in a way that worked around my injury. He was always understanding when my schedule changed or i needed to do a workout a little earlier, later, or a different day. He was very good at learning my specific strengths, and when to push me and when not to, I always came out of his sessions feeling like it was

Over the last 3 years Nick has helped my husband and I achieve our fitness goals while having full-time jobs and young kids. While we train with Nick in our living room, He brings all the gear. It's very cost effective when compared to a gym membership and personal training fees. Without Nick, we'd rarely get to exercise.
Nick's exercise program is flexible and tailored to meet the different physical needs between my husband and me. We have seen great improvements in our weight, muscle mass and endurance. He is the right balance of firm and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have never been someone who enjoys working out much, but Nick makes it so fun! The time always flies and it is so fun. Plus, he's not like a regular trainer, everything he makes you do, he does right along with you, encouraging you the whole way! I am so grateful to have Nick as part of my health routine. I feel better about myself and stonger. I recommend Palladino Play and Train to anyone who has struggled with motivation in the past and wants to excercise in a fun way!

I have been training with Nick for almost 2 years now and am so happy to have found him. He sat down with me and discussed my goals before we started and completely tailored a workout regime that helped me reach these goals. He has also updated and adapted the workout to suit where I am with my training and given me some great tips on what to do when traveling to keep the momentum going. I am feeling so much better every day since I started working with Nick.
On a personal level, I really enjoy the workouts I have with Nick. We have great conversations during the workout and the time flies by

I've been training with Palladino Personal Training for 4 years. Nick is an amazing trainer and coach. He has helped me to get back into shape after having two babies and working full-time. I now run Spartan races as well, all because of him. He's supportive, challenging, fun, caring, and inspirational. I would recommend him to anyone (in fact, I have...I think I've given him about a dozen referrals at this point). If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I have been working out with Nick for the last 18 months. I have worked with many trainers in the past and Nick is by far the best. He is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to help you get the most out of your very personalized workouts.
The best part about working out with Nick that he is very thoughtful and insightful and always really engaging - consequently workouts are a lot more fun!

I started working out with Nick when I was pregnant with my second child. He has since seen me through a third pregnancy, recovery, weight loss, and all the daily craziness of raising 3 young kids. Training with Nick these past 4 years has been therapeutic: time carved out just for me, which makes me feel stronger mentally as well as physically. Nick makes it as easy to exercise as possible (short of actually doing the burpees and planks for me!): comes to my home, always shows up on time, responds promptly to any messages, modifies exercises when needed, and customizes each workout to best help
