I help highly motivated, and crazy fun women smash through wellness goals by providing nutrition and fitness programs customized to their needs and desires. Your needs. Your desires. I don't believe in one size fits all. I don't believe my way is the only way. I believe in you. I believe you know your body, you know your lifestyle, and you know what you like.

It's my job to listen and understand those things, and to make a program that helps you not only achieve you goals, but create new ones you never thought possible. Wellness is more than just nutrition and fitness. How often do you look in the mirror, see something you don't like, maybe a little muffin top or puffy cheeks when you wake up in the morning, and become overwhelmed with remorse about that dessert from the night before?

I believe wellness is so much more than just eating the right foods or making it to the gym a few times a week, but rather, it encompasses the whole world you have built around you. It is easy (and natural!) with all of the daily to dos to lose sight of the importance of self.

Between work, family, and life's responsibilities, how on Earth are you supposed to be make time for picking the right foods, sneaking in a workout, and achieving a fulfilling life that you hear so much about (in passing because you definitely don't have time to read a book)?!?!I hear ya, and as a Board Certified Health Counselor (AADP) and personal trainer, I am here to help answer those very questions!
I grew up playing sports and being an overall active person. When I graduated high school, that all changed. All of the opportunities to play around, take dance, go running, pretty much went away and were replaced by a full time desk job. As a result I joined a gym, hired a trainer, and started my lifelong habit of working out before heading into the office.
I know the feeling. I know what it is like to feel frustrated with my lack of willpower, to fight my exhaustion at the 3:00 buzzer and run to get a cappuccino at the local coffee shop or to hit the candy jar, hard. There is another way to change your nutrition without this negative feedback loop. There is a process, small steps, pieces to the puzzle that when combined together equal a confident, happier version of what you are today.
