Wow, what can’t I say about Gate Arty. Throughout the entire process of selling our home he was extremely thoughtful and thorough. Every step he would explain with such knowledge and experience. I sat down with Gate this morning as a seller (he is not my realtor but I was considering him) and told him a private offer I had on the table. To be clear, Gate would make nothing if I took the private offer and we are currently in a seller's market. I have had the good fortune of working with Tina (and Darren) Moreno for several years. I have bought and sold homes with Tina and I am always impressed at the lengths she will go to to make my experience a positive one. She absolutely puts in the hard work to make sure that her clients get the best deals out there. She will also find deals where there were none by knocking on doors and making inquiries.
