This is definitely a great company I use to clean for them trying to get back in the door lol . The staff here is definitely awesome and knowledgeable

When you leave they say you have 30 days to pay, then kick you out of the system so you have to pay extra money to get a money order to make the payment. The Broadway leading is a scam, they promise you things just to get you to sign a lease, then once you do, you never get the promised things. We have been repeatedly being told we are getting a new thermostat and they sung that tune since the beginning before signing the lease. I would stay away from this leasing company for apartments. They are just too much of a headache.

Broadway Real Estate is an excellent company that truly cares about their tenants and their clients. I have used their brokerage services for the past several years and Jack Strollo is great to work with. Highly recommend this company on all fronts.

This is the single most unprofessional real estate service in the state of Florida. The office phone rings incessantly and if they do answer the phone, not a single person wants to help. They smile when they want to rent you an apartment but once you move in, you hear every sound from each neighbor. Stephanie Donn is a paper pusher. Who knows who the manager will be once you move in. I am on my third manager since October 2017. Rent anywhere but from NoBay and Broadway Real Estate Services - you will regret it from the moment you move in. They have your car towed randomly and charge $2000 plus

Beware of Jack Strollo dishonest dealings,his mistake cost me 50% of his commission
