We had rented a home from Joseph -- property beginning Jan 15 2018 through Jan 31st, 2019 at 2748 highlands creed drive, lakeland.. At first he appeared professional and courteous.. We asked for an extra key and he never gave us one so we had to make sure the key wasn't lost. The sprinkler systems were not operational and had to fix them as well as the property being infested with fire ants and wasps that he promised to remove,, he never did.. I had to pay out of pocket... The sprinkler systems was not aligned by the repair people therefore water damage was in the house from the sprinklers and
