Mike and Irma Reed acted like vultures when my dad came home from the hospital on hospice care with only days to live. As my dad was enjoying his last trip outdoors they stopped by for an unannounced social call. They had been called within the last month to discuss the upcoming listing on my parents home in Plantation Oaks but were told that I would contact them when the time was appropriate. They showed up for a visit on his last time outside and ruined what was an intimate family time. My mother was distraught by their presence and was furious by the intrusion of what was a quiet family moment

We worked with Kathy Clifton and would never recommend her to sell your home. She put little to no effort into getting our home sold. We never saw any offer, had very little communication unless we reached out to her. We were not living in the home at the time and our water and electric were turned off for months before we found out even though Kathy said she was in the home and showing it. Clearly that was false. She could have created more damage then assistance. She only wanted to have Four Star buy the home from us and not put any effort into selling it. Once we switched agencies she sent unprofessional

Buyer beware!!
This company will do anything to make a buck. Very unethical. They engage in deceitful practices and outright lies.
I have proof in writing and pictures and am currently filing a lawsuit against them.
Do NOT trust a word they say!
Definitely do NOT use anybody they recommend either for inspections.
This company is taking advantage of Senior citizens....FAIR WARNING!!
Yes, I have contacted them directly. Their solution was to apologize that I'm unhappy and an offer to resell my home
Of course...so they can make even more money off of their high commission rates.

Larry walked me through the whole process and was truly my advocate. He gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions readily.
The personnel at the main office were all friendly and welcoming on all of my visits there.
The closer could not have been nicer and looked out for my best interests.
I have had my new home for 2 months now and I have no regrets.
Larry came by today (Christmas Eve) with a lovely and unnecessary gift for Christmas.
I would recommend them and Larry wholeheartedly to anyone.

Irma and Mike Reed were terrific in helping my wife and I find the right home, introducing and then welcoming us to the neighborhood. Refusing to return my 5K deposit AFTER I saw the inspection....no time to elaborate now as i'm very busy going after these folks.....karen reardon is the owner, rosetta munley is the sales agent!!! yes, it was in the contract....karen CLAIMS christian values....wow u should see the roof, it looks like a patchwork quilt....PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE VULGERS......THEY PREY ON NOT for the poor and elderly....district attorney plus other coming into this....i spent 2 hrs getting this review thru...hope it helps someone

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
This company requires 10% down when making an offer on a property. Then when serious structural issues are found and you demand a full inspection, you are told you will either lose the 10% you put down or you will have to go ahead with the purchase and be stuck with thousands in repairs.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY BEING SOLD BY THIS COMPANY!!!
