Management is horrible and unprofessional. Prime example my toilet was broken and overflowing with water in the bathroom and hallway, I went to the office and let them know what was going on she told me she will contact maintenance, I had to wait over 4 hours for help because management went on lunch break and didn’t call maintenance like she told me she would do. Also they have a bad mold problem that they clean but constantly come back. Overall it’s not worth you moving there

I have never left a review for anything before, but this place has ticked me off so much that I’m leaving one here. I applied for Pinetree and paid the application fee about 2 weeks ago. A couple days later, I received a phone call that I missed due to work. They left a voicemail asking for me to call back to set up a time to finish the application in person. Since then, I have called MULTIPLE times a day and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

New tenant and I'm loving my apt. I was displaced from my other home house condemned. Mrs. Porcha was a blessing. Inspite of everything going on she was very helpful to the fullest. She was patient and very helpful answering questions and keeping me updated on my information. Very quiet here. Apt nice size not to much, disability access is good for me.I put in report for maintenance yesterday and they was here today... I would refer family and friends definately..

I am a recent new resident so I don’t know too much about the grounds. However, I would like to take the time to say that I am IN LOVE with my apartment! I sincerely thank Porsha who was extremely patient with my move in process and very helpful! Having someone like her on the leasing team was nothing short of a blessing! I was living out there for 2 in a half years, I loved it peace and quiet, kid friendly, pet friendly, respectable neighbors...of course u gonna have certain flaws in maitainence what apartments doesn't!! Its a piece of mind when u go home I recommend any parent too move out dere dats raising kids! I miss it alot I only move to be closer to my mom...very affordable and spacious if u move in da upstairs apartments!! Believe me u will love it!

No one answer the phone. I called because I used to live there in 2011-2012 and they put a wrongful eviction on my rental history and I wasn't living there at the time when they filed. When I was living there management was rude and inconsistent hence the mistake they put on my rental history. The website also doesn't match to the place in Petersburg. It goes to a apartment in Wisconsin...smh.
