We did not get to move in the remodeled unit we were told we would. Late move in. Trash everywhere! Had too deep clean our place because it still wasn't ready. Melissa is really sweet. A lot of this may have been beyond her control, but the property owners need to come out when this virus calms down, and really look at this place. Already know we are moving when this lease is up. Countdown!

I had an awesome visit at mattox landing with my daughter, we met a young lady in the office today that had very good customer service and well spoken about the apartments. She even took her time out and showed me and my daughter how great it is to live in the complex. I have been looking for an apartment for my daughter for 3 months around the colonial heights area. She sold me today with how much she loves her job and how much she loves the residents in the complex. Thank you mattox landing for the office manager that made my day and my daughters day - future home thank you for everything

New Property Manager Malissa; Is awesome! Has taken her time to ensure that the accounts are in order, old work that wasn’t done before is getting corrected, we finally have maintenance!
When Greenbrier was here they was embezzling money from residents accounts which made everyone feel upset and angry in trusting someone else coming in to look at our accounts. This community is nice, quiet and still has improvement in some areas but I’m happy that we have someone who is consistently getting things in order.
It’s a process and if you can wait it out Malissa will try her best to get things

Worst place i ever stayed in. Had bedbugs every since i moved in there. In they expected me to pay them rent when i wasn’t even staying in there. Had to beg them to come spray. In when they did the bed bugs didn’t get no better. They was still in there. The trash stay packed up it’s just a bad place for you to live. In the people in the office ain’t no better they don’t even try to help you out plus the only time when they in the office is when rent due in after 12PM they back gone . My last option is to call channel 12

Very disrespectful management if I could post phone recordings I would!!! Management doing very illegal things new management cussing potential tenants out and Vice President backing management up cussing me out but I’m taking this to court and to the news. This week I have emails and they have my paperwork and my job has emails and forwarded emails This place is getting the biggest law suit ever I promise that.
