I rated two stars because the lofts themselves are beautiful. However, the management is horrible. There are shootings outside in the parking lot as well as INSIDE the building. They will tell you that the security gate is working on being fixed when you move in, but after talking to other residents it has been broken for over 2 years. There might as well not even be keypad entry, because everyone knows the code to get inside the building. Maintenance around here sucks as well, I have been waiting since September for them to come fix the huge hole in the wall due to them fixing my water heater

The units are very nice and the industrial look is amazing! However be warned that management is not the greatest. They are super friendly and attentive while you're applying and signing the lease. Once you're in though, it's like pulling teeth to get a hold of any one by phone. E-mail is just as bad. They offer a free first months rent but have not updated the system to reflect the promotional offer. In my personal case, I have called three different times and left voicemails. Not a peep back. I have also e-mailed and called about a maintenance issue. Again, not a peep. A friend
