Everyone 18 and older will be listed as a leaseholder for your apartment. If you are the first person filling out the application, you will be prompted in Step 4 to invite, via email, all persons 18 and older to complete an individual application.

MILITARY families please do not move here. Not military friendly at all. If you can just move to the Chester/Richmond area, DO IT. you're required to pay rent (entire month) upon move-out even when you're not living there and give your notice ASAP. I've never experienced a so called military friendly apartment complex make moveout so hard. The apartment is not worth the rent charges. The front office staff is unprofessional and does communicate amongst each other. One of the staff members was kind enough to explain to me the rules in the handbook but that was it. I called to get some information on Addison Crater Woods and I believe it was a Ms. Jackson that I spoke with she was very knowledgeable although the prices were a bit out of my range it sounds like the info on the amenities and all major appliances made it a plus! Thanks again Ms.Jackson, sounds like a great place to call home

Realistically I would give them 2.5, was informed $1200 for 1B/1B with utilities initially. It wasn't. Rent was $1200 then utilities plus. Move in keys for my mail box didn't work didn't match. Finally left, they charged me for a broken dish washer sent a pic and no damaged. I used it twice. Read the fine print, take pics when you leave.
Response: I did set a maintenance walk-through with the office. The office or maintenance was a no-show for the scheduled appointment and I dually notified the office of that upon my departure. I did ask for pictures in regards

This is a really fun place to live. They have great amenities and awesome pool parties! This place is great for the whole family. The staff are professional and courteous at all times. And I really love the deluxe coffee machine, I just wish they had one in the community center by the gym too!

Needed a place to reside for 3-months, this complex offered it for only a little extra a month. The staff, especially Sable Lewis are highly professional and made my transition way too easy. Great diverse community, friendly, and considerate. Long or short stay, would recommend 5/5

I would highly recommend the Addison Apartments if you’re in the 804 area. The staff is great and they get things done expeditiously. Great service each and everytime. It’s also a Very safe and clean neighborhood ; just minutes away from nice shopping plazas.
