This place is a ripoff I informed them that this is my very 1 st apt and yea I’m 18 yrs old I also informed them that I have been fully employed for the past 2 yrs and that I make 3 times over the income for a 1 or 2 br apt and I have also provided 6 months worth of paystubs. I have also gave them the $100 hold fe in a money order over 1week ago and still haven’t received it or a follow up phone call regarding the missing payment. I called the office this morning on 11/10/21 to speak to someone again and I was told by the new person there that is still in training that she is the only one there

FIRSTLY, Rhonda was absolutely amazing!! The owners of Clearfield should give her a raise and NEVER let her go because I am convinced it would be extremely hard to find anyone with great customer service skills, eager to help, and enthusiastic that she possess !! Although, we are unable to rent from clearfield, I'm glad I came in and was able to speak with Rhonda today! Keep doing awesome Rhonda it doesn't go unnoticed!

Rhonda was outstanding and enthusiastic with her knowledge and personal dedictaion to anwering all questions and concerns fully. Even though my income was too high to apply. Rhonda was very compassionate to my situation and directed me to the proper resources to get what I needed. She further followed up with me, to make sure that the information she gave me was helpful. Now this is what a leasing agent is suppose to be like. Don't know who her mananger or supervisor is, you should be very proud to have such a great example of an employee. Thanks again Rhonda for everything !!!!
