It’s an older apartment, so expect creaky floors. We just moved in and ive had good experiences with the management . My only issue is that there really is not enough parking. Me and my roommate have to switch off walking at cross the main intersection because there is never any parking after 5, especially on weekends. “Visitor” spots aren’t for visitors, they are for residents because there’s no way One spot is enough for a normal family.

Termite infested, dirty, noisy, unsanitary, pretty much unlivable. They don't come and fix anything, even when the official request is submitted. Horrible, should be investigated by Health Department and shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .....Is there "zero stars"? There should be, because the place doesn't deserve even 1!

Do not live here! Management doesn't do anything and are rarely available. Noise level in this area is terrible, unless you like hearing cars and firetruck's every hour of the night. Trash is always overflowing in front of the dumpsters and sometimes into the street. Parking is limited so if you have two cars you better pay for the garage. Don't plan on using visitor spaces because they are pretty much all taken by broken down cars. Management took almost 4 days to respond to my request of a water leak. The renters of the garage below me had their items ruined. Animal friendly, also means it smells
