My family and I have lived here for 4 years and I could not describe to you them amount of issues we’ve had with this apartment. It’s never ending. Besides our apartment carpet being gross and the walls being extremely cheap, or the roach infestations we’ve had over time, the god awful up all nighters who hang out in the parking lot and blast music from their trucks. The parking is absolutely atrocious. You pay $50 for parking you’re not even guaranteed, it is in fact the reason I decided to write this review as I was not able to park at my own home tonight! Where do I go? And the rest

These are great apartments in a great area. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. I have loved my time here and have already referred some friends that have since moved in. Regarding the other comments about these "roaches" they seem to have, do they not understand that roaches are attracted to food that has been left out on the counter, dirty dishes in the sink? Clean your apartment and you wont have roaches. Never in the 3 years I've lived here have i seen any.

I would give this apartment complex 0 stars if I could. The unit was completely roach infested. Had the bug guys out more times than I can count. The upstairs neighbors were loud and obviously very dirty. When they moved out the new carpet installers threw the roach infested carpets off of the balcony directly over our heads.The dumpsters were constantly over flowing.There was never enough parking and people were constantly out drinking in the parking lot and scoping out cars to break into.

Disgustingly horrible place to live. The rent is absurdly high for the quality that you get. I left my house spotless when I left and they charged me with a 900$ carpet replacement bill. The front desk sales associate is incredibly rude, untruthful in what she says and does not care about the residents. We were gone for three weeks and came back to a roach infested apartment. It may be worth it to pay a little more and go somewhere else because you will leave this place extremely frustrated and unsatisfied. Please consider staying somewhere else this is a terrible place to live.

The worst place I have been so far. It is not safe at all. we lock the door immediately when we come home because it happened that someone knocked the door and when we opened he tried to come inside. Several times we had to call police because of different issues. I hate people who are currently here. They start making noise from 5am to midnight. you will not experience peace here. Always stress. Also we cannot go out after 8 pm(at dark) because one night a drunk man tried to touch one of my friends and other girl and the girl asked for help and my husband called police. Beautiful and peaceful here at Elan Quail Pointe. New manager, Samantha has made positive changes to our parking and plently of visitor parking here. This new management has been superb - hot tub/pool is maintained weekly. Friendly neighbors and peaceful. I recommend this complex, great price for being close to the beach.

I don't think this is a one star complex (maybe closer to 2.5) but my experience was especially bad, so I decided to write a review. I would not recommend living here.
Location is excellent. It's a mile and a half from Moonlight beach and some other good restaurants neaby.
The paint in the apartment is cheap, as are most of the appliances. Parking isn't great, but that's one of the sacrifices you make to live in a great location.
The staff was terrible. The manager moved my roommate and I into an infested apartment. From the image I attached, you can see that our kitchen was completely infested
