Me and my wife just had another baby and of course Compa, I just came off tour. I really was hesitant to invest in living in Encinitas, the prices can be pricy here but Violetta made everything easy , the move in was easy like it was all a dream . My wife adores her, she's all business and can lock in a great deal for you and your family. I wil be using her services again when we move into a pre fab in a couple years ,!!!!

Very noisey complex & safety issues. My boyfriend lives here & I have been staying over and even thinking of renting a one bedroom due to the close proximity to my office but changed my mind after leaving work early & going to the office 3 times to get pricing it was closed by 5pm. The walls are so thin you can hear everything toilets flush talking walking & tv. The police have been at the complex many times. One night were all on the patio & heard this girl screaming at the top of her lungs when several cops swarmed a apartment. Another time I was leaving my boyfriends at night and saw more police

My name is Gina and I am a single mom who just went through a divorce. I was very hopeful to move into the Village Park Apartments. Ingrid the office manager has been such a blessing through this whole process of me getting approved for the apartment. She is very thorough and efficient not to mention compassionate and had empathy for my situation . My son and I are so happy that we get to live in the Village Park Apartments. It is a very nice apartment complex in an upscale neighborhood. It has easy access to the freeways, schools, the beach and shopping centers. We feel safe and very fortunate
