Land A-hoy! It's Treasure Island!

This long standing hotel/resort and Casino is definitely a themey favorite for me and many of my friends and family. They have amazing deals throughout the year and very comfy rooms including some truly amazing super large suites.

At one point T.I. had one of the most solid family friendly/all ages arcades... Definitely miss that especially as a gamer with nephews and a niece.

Senor Frog's (a classic staple) is open daily with shows and events on the inside half of this bar restaurant and sports outside in their outdoor dinning over-looking the water

5 stars for location, 5 stars for Phils Steakhouse. The hotel and casino is showing its age and it needs an overhaul.

Probably the smokiest casino on the strip.

I checked in to Treasure Island yesterday after standing in the check in line for over 3 hrs. The lady was able to upgrade our suite and off to the room we went. The room was big odd shaded and odd layout with 2 bathrooms? One of the bathrooms had this brown stuff on the floor (see the pictures that are attached). I tried calling the front desk and the phone wouldn't connect. I called the operator and she tried calling the front desk...she said she couldn't get through either so I would have to go downstairs to speak with someone. the bellman was bringing our bags in and heard this foolishness

This was the worse stay we have had in Vegas. For starters, the line to get checked in was a 3 hour wait, we get in our room, the toilet is running and the bathroom sink would not drain. We ordered via priceline and had to pay an additional resort fee of $174 to cover 4 days, which is fine if the stated amenities would have worked. Which brings us to the worst problem, thier internet inconsistencies. We attempted to use it and every 5 mins it would boot us out. We called front desk 6 times to get the issue resolved and it was never fixed. They claimed to reboot the system and each time we got

We have been waiting for 3 hours to check in. Arrived at the hotel at 11:30PM and got in line to check in. Currently 2:30AM and still waiting in line to check in. No mask enforcement, many people coughing in line. This is completely unacceptable Treasure Island. You have your signs posted saying that masks are mandatory, but so many people aren't obeying them. Also, there is ZERO space to socially distance. So I highly do not recommend staying here at this time. One person working at the desk to check in hundreds of people is unacceptable.

(ZERO STARS!) DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Unfortunately I am writing this review before even checking in to the TI facilities. Me, my fiancé, and ~200 of my fellow hotel guests have been waiting in line to check in for over 3 hours. Once we were able to get close enough to the desk (~2.5 hrs in), we found that there is only one person checking in guests. It is 2am as I write this review and it seems that we have around another hour to go before we will be checked in. Others guests were told earlier today that their room was not yet ready and to come back later... only to find that

Too many people in close proximity, right in front of staff not wearing a mask or being asked to or to leave. Specifically if your front desk staff can't enforce it then you should be closed. If someone doesn't need to wear a mask at check in, why would they wear it any other time??? All express check in seems to be closed. 2 hrs to check in on. Monday night when arrived at 4:30. Check in and front desk severely understaffed.

On a Monday the line was still 2 hrs + to check in. They had FOUR attendants. Used to be a good place. Called to try to see about express check in but they closed it. Lady could not care less. Literally said "it's like this every year and will be like this next year."

Go to a hotel that actually cares about your business. These guys do NOT.

The location was nice but for $170 on a Sunday night you have to at the very least offer coffee and a microwave/mini-refrigerator. In addition, the hotel wouldn't give us extra pillows,
(they gave us each ONE PILLOW) the WiFi was worse then Dial-Up, the staff was rude and indifferent, and to top it all off there was no Maid-Service supposedly due to Covid. Radisson Hotels used to be a big name but that was a long time ago. Las Vegas itself just isn't the same town that it used to be (rundown and expensive) and I'm only 42.

Casino only review******

I figured this hotel was a bit run down, and it seems like it is. The casino is pretty solid though. It's not fancy, but they stick to the theme quite well! The sports book/sports bar combo was very nice, spread out and not cramped and with nice people working there.
The blackjack dealers are overall very nice. They are eager to help you decide what to do and aren't standoffish. At one point John (who seemed like a manager solely based on his different attire haha) was the dealer and he was great too. Good sense of humor, very welcoming, and very transparent

Checked in for a 7 night stay... honestly it's not looking good. Upon arrival I wanted to use the restroom in our room... there is literally urine in the toilet. Like what? Makes me very concerned that the room was not cleaned. Waiting now for someone to come clean the room...

This hotel is pretty nice. First of all the room is okay.

Pros:
Text to check out so it's quicker.
They have a 24 hour restaurant.
Easy to get to the room from the garage.

Cons:
The tram was close.
The line for check in was long.
The top of the toilet is cracked.
Some of the drawers are sticky.
One light bulb in the bathroom is out.
Not enough toilet paper, shampoo, and tissues.
No privacy door sign so a maid walked in on me sleeping.
The placement of the toilet paper can get wet from the shower.

Please save your time and money and do not book here!!! I've never had such a terrible experience with a hotel! Here is my experience with my two nights here.

Day 1 (Friday): The check-in line was too long and busy for only two workers to be working on a Friday, but Terrence was able to give us a lovely room with a view of the strip on the 25th floor. I loved our room and the beautiful view of the strip. When I washed my hands in the bathroom, I noticed that we did not have any towels. Luckily, a cleaning lady was on our floor and was able to give us towels. When I did my makeup, I noticed

7-1/2021 spent 3 nites here the last week of June 2021. First time lodged here and was pleasantly glad we did.

By the time we checked in only Francesco's Pizzeria was open so we stood in line as hubs didn't want to drive downtown for his late night oxtail soup. It was worth it because the hotel gave us a $50 food credit which was a selling point when I booked our stay.

They also gave us beer and cocktail coupons and the last evening we redeemed one of them for soft drinks instead.

Our room on the 8 th floor was well appointed and although I had booked 2 queen beds, when we checked

Just average and that's being generous. I travel for work. Before Covid 2-3 times a week. I'm currently traveling once a month. I've also stayed at just about every hotel in Vegas. (Making roughly 75 visits)
TI is old. It needs a facelift inside and out. Their casino signage is terrible. The rooms look 60 years old. My closet wouldn't close all the way, so the light stayed on. All night.
There was a huge red stain on the carpet as soon as I walked in, at the entrance to the bathroom.
The bathroom paint was chipped off and stained.
There was nothing in the room. Not a single

Stayed here for convenience for the Las Vegas Gift Mart. The Mart had shuttle pickup at the front door so that was very convenient.
Lots of the restaurants inside the casino was still closed. The coffee shop was open.
Official check in was at 3pm but we were told rooms weren't available??? We finally got our room keys around 5pm. We waited outside in the pool area. They let us in if we showed them our room reservation.
Nothing special but was convenient for the Gift Mart.
Staff was pretty helpful!
