I am being charged $75.00 a month for them to delay my packages for days. Some how they have communicated with the carriers to drop things off at the leasing office, overriding my instructions to leave packages at my door. I am trying to find out how to take legal action against the apartment complex and valet living. Three times now they have intercepted my medication. I should have a choice if I want this service or not.

Lived here for over a year and really love being here. The apartments are nice and clean, the maintenance staff is on top of any requests we had to fix things and the front office staff were super pleasant every step of the way Shout out to Melissa and Crew. Also never really had any issue with parking which was great but you can buy a covered spot or a garage if needed.
Definitely a great place to stay with a lot of amenities (pool and gyms).

For the money we pay for these apartments are not worth it. Please, do not move in building one, hallways are always dirty. Underneath stairway stains, standing water and trashy. Not to mention people on third floor above me are very noisy, BIG FOOT walks like he or she are about to cave floor in. Building must not be insulated well because you hear personal activities all around. No security, although the staff is good.

When I first moved in I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the longer I live here the more I enjoy it! There’s always something going on with the community plenty of activities to keep busy! The gym is also awesome! And the pool is open year around! I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon! This is my home. Would def recommend.

This apartment community is FANTASTIC! We are downsizing and our house sold so fast that we had to find a place to rent while building a new house. The thought of moving to an apartment after being in our house for 13 years was worrisome, but thankfully we found The Julian apartments! We looked at several different apartments, but as soon as we… walked into the office of The Julian, we felt at home ! The staff is INCREDIBLE ! They have gone above & beyond to make this transition a pleasant one , and the apartments are so beautiful!!! We have met some great neighbors and we love walking
