With its close proximity to SH-287 and SH-157 you can get to your desired destinations quickly and easily. My husband and I have lived here for the past 2 years. We do not have family in the area, the staff and some of the residents have become like family. The office staff have been so helpful in assisting us, we needed to be moved into a handicap apartment which has helped my husband. We attend and enjoy the resident events the staff puts on. Any issues we put in maintenance handles in a timely fashion. The community is always kept clean and tidy. This Apartment Community is Stunning!
Each and every time I visit the office I am greeted with smiles and a big Hello from everyone in the Leasing Office ....especially Shawanda.
The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure each Resident & Guest feels like they are at Home.
This property has a great Fitness Center, Resort Style Pool, Clubhouse, 24-Hour Game Room with Billiards, Shuffleboard and Vintage Arcade Games.
In my opinion, Bexley On Main is the BEST apartment community to reside at in Mansfield and to call HOME.

Currently very please with the maintenance staff! They go above and beyond taking care of the overload of garbage, oil leak clean up from vehicle leaking out oil in parking spaces! Also, maintaining the grounds! I just wish the residents would take more pride in living in this beautiful complex and do there part in maintaining the cleanliness! That includes the dog owners doing there jobs cleaning up after there dogs! The management staff continues to send out communication updates when services go down in the complex! I don’t personally live there but my daughter does. When she moved in almost 3 years ago it was so nice and well kept and beautiful! She felt somewhat safe there while coming and going. It isn’t safe to be outside alone there. Now it’s just waiting for the lease to be up. If it wasn’t for them ruining her credit the lease would be broken! The place isn’t kept up, isn’t clean, it’s loud, the building gates don’t lock a lot of the time. The gates for property entry are broken most of the time. Cars that don’t run and left parked in the lot. There is no security at all. No rules

A few days ago our A/C stopped cooling. We filled out a maintenance request through the online resident portal. Within 2 hours the office called to see if we were home so maintenance could gain access. Maintenance showed up 15 minutes later, determined the condensation line was clogged and fixed the issue. We have not had any issues since.
The responsiveness of the staff at this community is a breathe of fresh air!

Shawanda and Keara are absolutely amazing. Shawanda assisted me with my lease renewal and the customer service was Impeccable. She explained the process and the leasing terms to me, which left me at peace knowing my family will still have a place to stay after experiencing a terrible loss with buying our dream home. Not to mention when I lost my package for one of my clients Keara went above and beyond to help me track it down and has always assisted me if I had any questions or concerns. I moved in a little over a month ago and can honestly say the great reviews this place has are true! It’s super quiet, clean, landscaping is well maintained, and neighbors are friendly. The office staff are so friendly and accommodating, they made signing a lease and moving in a breeze and maintenance is quick. We moved in here while we're building a house and I will be sad to leave. Absolutely beautiful apartment complex and apartment. Apartment complex is constantly kept clean, cute dog park, very nice residents, very nice & helpful office staff.
Amenities are great, including the spotless gym that's never busy and has great equipment, the clubhouse with games and coffee bar is so fun and the pool area is beautiful and very spacious. Trash valet is awesome & very convenient.

I moved in 3 months ago after living in single homes. I was downsizing and looking for a different living experience. I am so happy I found Bexley on Main. The apartment is great, modern and the perfect size for me. A big shout out to Andrea and the management staff. They are so nice and efficient with any request.(so far!). I also want to give huge praise to the maintenance crew. They have been so efficient with maintenance requests and do a great job with keeping the complex so neat. They also get a thumbs up for how they have to deal with the trash dumpsters! They deserve a big pat on the back

Living at Bexley on Main was the best apartment experience. We only moved out because we we're buying a home but the transition was great. Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and eager to help and maintenance requests were fulfilled within 24 hours! I highly recommend if anyone is looking for an apartment you have found your next home!

We lived in Bexley for about 10 months and we absolutely love it! Andrea and leasing staff were extremely helpful and responsive during the time we lived there. The complex is beautiful and the apartment has awesome pool . Maintenance is also very fast to respond and get things done efficiently. We are so happy that we found this complex! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Very poor management at this apartment complex. Key fob quit working after 2 weeks and after getting home late from work nobody would take any calls to help. This is the worst living situation I have ever had. I was also given the wrong mail key when I moved in and when I emailed about it I got no reply. This place is worthless. Find another home.

This review is mostly for the leasing office consultant Rivers he was amazing. He really took his time and was very attentive to my needs and exactly what I was looking for. The level professionalism and attention to detail that he demonstrated made me feel like this was the place I wanted to call home. Not only is this a beautiful property but the consultant really brought the Weinstein experience to life. I would definitely recommend others to ask for Rivers if they were ever interested in this property.

We have lived here a year. Under both sets of ownerships.
I will TRY to sum it up quickly:
Cars get broke into-a lot
"Secure gates" never work-never are fixed
Gates to drive in/out of the complex work half the time
Constant LOUD neighbors (yes we complain-nothing ever gets done)
Garbage is left anywhere/everywhere(stair cases, elevators, streets)-but you have the "luxury" of paying $30 a month for each apartment to be picked up....smh
Maintenance is slow
Water leaks outside constantly
They allow individuals to work out in facility that do not live here
Horrible loud street

I've made serval complaints since my time here. We are approaching the end of our lease in Spring, we will not be renewing. I've had issues from both 2nd and 3rd-floor neighbors dumping dirty water over their balconies. Once while I was sitting outside on my very expensive MacBook, another time with my daughter playing outside. If I'm not getting an involuntary shower from the neighbors upstairs. I'm dealing with barking dogs every morning from my next-door neighbor. Another issue that I have personally gone to the rental office about and still no resolve. I'm understanding

This was a great experience with customer service and the apartments are very modern. The walkthrough of the model, numerous amenities within this complex was even better in person than on the pictures online. Danielle was a great help answering all my questions I had concerning the different apartments. My experience searching for an apartment at this place was far more exciting than any other places I've seen this far.
