I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a residence. Maintenance is very responsive when summoned. Also, I would like to add that the leasing agents are very helpful and one in particular Ms Callie Haley, should be promoted to management as she has all the qualifications to work at a higher level. Thanks to the Bexley Team for allowing me to express my opinion.

Was able to tour this community and what a beautiful place. The leasing office staff was so nice and accommodating. They answered all my questions while taking the time to walk me through the leasing process. This will definitely be my next home and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place.

I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. Leasing office staff (especially the manager) don’t seem to care about any problems or complaints brought to their attention. We’ve had issues with the noise level of our upstairs neighbor since august, and after multiple calls and complaints, the manager said to me face “there’s nothing we can do” and was all around extremely rude to me, nodding her head very sarcastically as I spoke. Save yourself the trouble (and the money, bc they’re overpriced) and just go somewhere else. If any of your neighbors are in direct violation of the lease

Can’t say enough about how wonderful the leasing /office staff if at this property! I toured and worked directly with Jade-Marie and she is a huge reason why I chose to lease my next apartment here. The property looked very nice, well manicured and maintained. Jade-Marie took the time to show me around, really made a genuine connection with me and made me feel welcomed (a lot of other places I toured in Mansfield were not this warm and friendly).

These apartments are super Fantastic and the staff is out of this world, Maintenance is very fast and efficient and will work till the job is done. The office staff will definitely take care of any needs that are brought up and are super friendly and fun to talk to as well. It is a very beautiful complex and quiet and clean.

This is my second go around living at Bexley. I love the complex my building is super quiet so far. All of my maintenance concerns big or small are addressed quickly some times same day. I am a little hard to please and moved out of my first apartment here to what I thought was a better property. I am so happy to have returned now that I have a bigger apartment I feel like my living situation is perfect! Lindsay and the staff at the office are very results driven and care about the Residents living here. The office staff is also willing to help and accommodate in anyway possible. They truly are
