Gets a one star because on amenity that I need and is a deal breaker is having a fitness center, but is always closed only seems open during office hours which is when I’m away at work. Would be a five star if for not that because fitness center access is 90 percent of why I rent from here. If you don’t need a fitness center that you can access anytime great place to reside.
Update: I never received any email that said about the fitness center not being open 24 hours due to the pool issue, it has been a month and still not open.

Nothing here works. In my apartment or the “amenities”. Gym equipment is typically broken and is almost non existent, computers act like they have viruses and do not print, you have to get the staff involved, it takes way too long and none of them know how to trouble shoot these issues. Sometimes you can’t print at all. No hot water in my kitchen, broken low flow sink in my bathroom, when I call for maintenance sometimes the request isn’t put in at all. Would not recommend.

Great location! Great schools, nearby local grocery stores and restaurants. Have lived here for a few years, management is great and helpful. Maintenance very responsive. Mansfield is expensive area to live in BUT you get what you pay for here. I have friends who live in other apartments nearby and they do not have the same experience I have had. Would recommend if you like quiet and convenience and value for what you pay.

Do not expect to get your deposit back EVER. So many small fees. Moving in was easy, Moving out was not. They charge $50 to release Tenant History EVERY TIME someone request it. Regret ever moving in here.

I love living at The Atlantic Mansfield Apartments. I feel very safe, The office staff and the maintenance men are very helpful and professional, the grounds surrounding the complex is kept very nice. It is very quiet in the complex. I renewed my lease for another year. rental price is reasonable.

I have lived in these apartment for a while. When I moved in pit 300 deposit. The carpet was old appliances were ok. I requested few times to change the carpet, pest control was big issue for me leaving there. Even the charge you for monthly pest control but hardly do any control for pest services. When I moved out charged me almost 3 times more of my down payment. For pest control issues few other stuff they made up. Which is not fair. If you are moving in and out be prepared to pay a 1000$ extra for them. Never recommend to live here.

My stay was average as far as my neighbors but my trouble came at the end for move out, they charge you for things that they should be responsible for. I was charged for carpet replacement although, no spills were ever done on the carpet. That advised it was from the furniture being moved around constantly but the furniture was NEVER moved until move out so it was an excuse. The only thing in the carpet were indentions which is normal when furniture is there for a year and hasn’t been moved. I was okay with the normal things I should have been charged for such as holes in my wall because

Although the year I stayed was pleasant because I stayed out of the way BUT I absolutely am unsatisfied with my move out. They way things were done at move out wish I would have made everything known that I noticed during my stay!

First off when moved in, there was a drawer in the kitchen that did not open all the way due to it being blocked by another drawer and secondly the front door stopper did not block air from seeping under the door. We called and they advised that nothing would stop it. Didn't make sense but I ran with it. Also one of keys didn't work for the mailbox. I went

My wife and I lived here for two years, and we loved it. The complex is very quiet and well-maintained. One of the best parts about living here is the staff. Everyone is so personable, and they take a genuine interest in you and your stay. They're probably the most pleasant apt staff you'll ever come across.

Absolutely avoid this place...look elsewhere! Rented me a unit that was full of pet urine; initially masked the smell with a plug in air fresheners. After the smell persisted I purchased a UV light and found the carpet was saturated with pet urine. Carrie stated everything possible had been done; I ended up having the unit professionally sanitized before I moved in. In the same negative vein, after my apartment flooded Carrie and her crew placed a majority of our belongings in the bathtub on Friday night and did not notify us of the flood until the following Monday afternoon; over $1K in damages

This is the worst apartment complex ever!!! I moved to Texas all the way from Chicago, before I moved here I was promised a cheap rent rate and when we got down here on the 28th of September just for them to tell us that our apartment wouldn’t be ready until the 10th of October and that our rent went up!! now we have to spend more money on a hotel and storage until the 10th.. so now it’s move in time and we do the walk through and the apartment was missing doors it was painton the floors the blinds in the bedroom did turn we told them but they weren’t replaced.. they lie about

If there's an option for zero stars that's what they'll get. This was the biggest mistake of my life. Let's start from the beginning. I moved there from out of town, but before I moved they needed all kinds of information from me, and also needed all kinds of money from me. So I paid everything up front or at least I thought I did. Gave them over 1200 dollars for rent that was only a 1000 at the time or at least I thought it was. I lived in my apartment for almost 3 years. The expectation upon moving is that a new family can readily move right in. If they have to spray the walls twice, ripple in carpet, etc., certainly expect your deposit (if you've given one) to be next to nothing. I was charged to replace the carpet because of a ripple, which has nothing to do with me, rather the installation. Instead of stretching the carpet, they opted to replace. It was a decent experience when I lived there. The problems come when you go to move out. I got charged for essentially having a pet that was never in my apartment. When you dispute the charges you get the run around. I lived there for almost 3 years. I am glad I moved and will never look back. It is sad because the maintenance staff is amazing. I even had Carrie walk my apartment with me. She made reference to my walls looking good for the time that I lived there. Then the final bill comes and I am charged for the walls. I was looking forward to rent out this place however Carrie was very rude. Her attitude and tone of voice really turned us off. I called last minute to see if she could squeeze us in for a quick few questions before they closed at 6.
