Management = terrible. I moved out in July. Never received my refund check. I had to call corporate in order to talk to someone who could actually help me. Contacted the Parc office a total of 8 times (between emails, phone calls, and an IN PERSON visit) before I went to corporate and not once did I receive any communication back. My problem is management not wanting to CALL BACK. Oh! And they let me live with black mold for 3 whole weeks. And told me they’d wait to fix it once it was inspected… and nobody ever came. I feel bad for anyone that is hired here- they never last too long. Please

When I say to everyone in the whole wide world…I’ve lived at at the Parc’s of Mansfield since 2015 and the past two years has been the worse experience of my life. The manager Tiana Brooker is jealous and a big Liar. She was one of the most very Dishonest, Rude and, dishonest, unprofessional woman I have ever met in all my days of living. The first time she got rude and disrespectful to me, I stop communication and dealing with her for anything. I moved forward and dealt with the temporary staff that came because no one last a year after she became the manager. July the 17, 2021 was the best

I am so appreciative of the manager Tieona’s help with my leasing experience I received at the Parc of Mansfield apartments. Moving to a new area can be hectic and stressful but she made me feel so comfortable and informed me of all the amenities available at the apartment and the surrounding area. My new apartment is so beautiful!

Was in the area this morning apartment hunting for something available in the next month in time for my relocation for work, Gigi was more than helpful and professional. She went over all floor plans in detail and gave an amazing tour. She was very helpful and answered all questions I had. Ended up going with another apartment complex closer to my job but wanted to be sure I shared my great experience with this complex.

I seriously wish I would have read the reviews on here before I moved in. This place is a joke. They charge you almost $1,800 and literally don't care about you or their job. When I first moved in they made it seem so wonderful and they acted interested in making them your choice of home. But once you hand them your deposit money and first months rent they really could care less. Don't even bother trying to call the front desk if you have an issue, you'll most likely get the automated voicemail. And don't even think about putting matience request in, you might as well get your own tools and try

First I'm going to start by saying that the apartments are very nice, from the outside & what originally attracted us to these apartments was Kasi. She was very helpful & understanding of our situation upon move in as we had to switch move in last minute for an earlier date, but the day we were moving in we were told Kasi is no longer with Parc at Mansfield at the office, that she was moved to corporate. We were hesistant of this but decided we would give this place a try. We had been at Parc for 4 months when we decided we needed to downsize due to my company closings it's business & me needing

I really wish I could give 0 stars. . . I moved from out of state and the day of move in I go to use the keys and they're the wrong keys. They had somehow given me storage unit keys instead of apartment keys. It was a Saturday and I had just driven my whole life 7 hours. I let this slide. Then the next strike was when they told me I had my first months rent already taken care of and they actually mixed up payments for my deposit and mistook it for being my rent. I had to go through hoops to get the rent fixed and paid as they wouldn't take cash, personal check or card. ONLY a certified check from

Do not rent at this place. These apartments are steadily on the decline. You are charged for all these amenities that you don't have. You are mandatory charged a trash fee that is picked up most days or it is picked over on what they want to pick up. My light bulbs blew in my apartment and it took them a week and a half to bring bulbs and when they did they were the wrong ones which took another three days for them to bring out replacements. There are all types of critters running around like raccoons and skunks plus insects but they charge you for a pest control every month. They don't keep the
