Mr. Morris and his staff have been our property managers for a rental house in Windcrest for years, since my father passed away and I inherited his home. They do a great job of getting quality renters at market price and maintaining the property. When my wife and I had another house we wanted to sell in Schertz, again he stepped in, handled everything and got it sold a week after listing it, at more than what we originally listed it at.

Originally from Honduras, Elias has been in the real estate business for over 7 years. He shadowed his father and uncle back in Honduras watching them do commercial and residential real estate deals. He then proceeded to help his father. Craig has been in the real estate business all his life. By age 8, he was helping with the make ready for Morris Realty's rental properties with his father and brother.

Jenni Rose was the best she was willing to help guide me through my process her personality is superb. Now Sylvia on the other hand was horrible. She tried to make me feel bad about a situation that was not true in which she later found out was not true. And then she tried counsel me on my credit which is not her job telling me what the problem was and what I need to do but I didn't ask for your credit counseling ma'am and job is to tell me whether I got approved or not.

I used Morris Realty as a sellers agent. They really know their stuff. The listing had tons of great photos, and the description was accurate, concise, and flattering. Run! The owner Randy showed me a home virtually. I'm looking to buy a home not rent so of course it's a serious expenditur. I asked to open the houses oven so I could see. You can see how people cared for their home in many ways... He quickly said very clean! It was filthy filthy! Same with dishwasher. They were all very dirty and scratched appliances yet he was saying they are perfect, but even virtually I could see and he was rushing through so I'd miss things. I had to keep asking to go back to cuz and show me, etc....When I said they are filthy he said, just push the self clean

I haven't rented from them, but they manage a lot of rental properties, both residential and commercial. I've heard glowing compliments from one of their contractors (who fixes their rentals) about what a good man Randy Morris is. I've heard excellent things about the company from several tenants as well. I've referred half a dozen people to them and was delighted to heat what positive experiences they've all had with Morris.

My roommate and I are both disabled and have assistance animals prescribed to us by our respective doctors. We applied for a rental house. When Mr. Morris refused to comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and make reasonable accommodations for our disabilities, we told him we were no longer interested and wished to receive a refund of our application fee. The next day, we received word that Mr. Morris had approved our application (after we expressed a desire to withdraw), and as such we would not receive a refund

Excellent company. I contacted Randy Morris to help sell houses from my mothers estate. He was very kind and understanding during the difficult time for me. Randy listened to my concerns on the properties and did an excellent job in marketing them to their full potential.

Run - don't walk away from any property managed by Morris. This property management company cares zero for its tenants.
We finalized moving in on a Saturday - pretty normal... but I'll tell you to avoid doing so if you rent from Morris....keep reading for why....if you choose the rent from them, make sure you check EVERYTHING- sprinklers (every zone), faucets, lights, switches, plugs, door bells, EVERYTHING....
Our first night trying to stay at our new rental in Cibolo - the problems go from bad to worse: lights in the laundry room flicker - don't work correctly- no big deal. Later

I have had my townhouse rented through Morris Realty since 1976. They are the consummate professionals when it comes to real estate. I also had a house rented thru them and sold it thru them in 2006. It was well shown by them and sold within a week of its listing. i highly recommend them for your real estate needs.
