The highlights that I get from Dessy are worth getting on a plane for. Dessy is one of the best stylists that I have encountered. Professional, sympathetic, and a great listener, Dessy gives great consideration to what you are seeking and then goes a bit further to make sure it looks great.
You can't ask for more from a stylist. I am very picky
If her cute boutique is closed, it is likely because she is following protocols and being very cautious.
