I have lived at The Kensington for sometime and I must say this is my favorite place I’ve lived so far. The leasing office staff is warm, kind, and takes every request with care. Any issue we’ve had they promptly sent out the maintenance tech, Kimo, he is so prompt and awesome! Kimo always saves the day in our household! LOVE the Kensington living.

We have lived at the Kensington for a while now and have to share how much we enjoy being residents here. No matter the circumstances at hand, the office team ensures there is quick attention to needs on the property and communication is always open. Any requests we've had have been attended to quickly and courteously, and we've been made to feel very welcome. I've lived in quite a number of apartments in the Greater Bay Area, and the Kensington beats them all in terms of quality and service. I highly recommend living here for the team, apartments, and location.

Kensington Community is the best place I have seen so far. They have the great floor plans. All the interior and exterior looks like its recently build. The management is so hospitable and caring. The Maintenance Supervisor Kimo & the team is very professional and knowledgeable. They solved the issue as quickly as possible. Community gives the feeling of being at home. you will never disappoint for staying at this place. Highly recommend!

One of the best parts of Kensington apartments is "Kimo" the maintenance specialist. His professionalism and efficiency is very much appreciated. Kensington became a real home for us! We lived there for three years.The management was so hospitable and caring, for the first time in our experience, everything worked like a clock, if something happened, then, at that time Rigo and now Kimo, very quickly and professionally solved the issue. At Halloween my daughter always found some candies on the our entry doors handle and so on. You know these all tiny things make a lot. There really work people who want you to feel comfortable and like at home, and this is rarely found in our experience. There was one case with neighbors and it was solved

Kimo and the Leasing Office folks (especially Sierra and Simone) have been amazing. Not only they’ve made our moving in process effortless to extent possible, but have also fixed the defects noted during a very thought inspection performed. We moved to the Kensington right before Covid hit. I was so impressed with the way they kept up their outstanding customer service and quick maintenance requests. Kelly goes above and beyond to give a great experience to residents. The grounds are spectacular and the location is unbeatable. It is clean and gorgeous! The residents here are so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

I came from South Korea earlier this year (2020) and lived here for almost a year. In conclusion, living in Kensington was very satisfying. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood with good traffic. Staffs of the leasing office are very kind, but they are very competent and thoughtful. I'm sorry that I have to leave Kensington because I have to go back to my hometown, South Korea.

We've been living here for about 10 months and this place is really great. Marie and Laura are both very attentive and respond quickly to emails (I've sent email at 9pm and received a response that night from Marie), Rigo shows up within minutes if there's an urgent maintenance issue, and the grounds are really well maintained. I had an issue with a neighbor that I had to complain about more than once and Marie was always patient and kind, which helps tremendously when you're simply frustrated and not sure how to fix the situation (thanks again for putting up with my griping

Hands down Kensington has the best management team! Marie and Laura have been very accommodating to our needs and concerns from the moment we moved in 6 months ago. They respond quickly to emails and consistently follow-up with all our concerns. The property is very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. This place is about as good as it gets. Marie and Laura are very helpful with just about everything. The place is super quiet and peaceful but at the same time they host events every month for the residents. This place is great for couples or families. We've been living here for corporate/temporary housing while our house across the street is being built. I have to admit for an apartment complex, it's super nice here and feels more like a resort! The carpeting looks brand new in our unit. The three bedroom apartments are very spacious and love the fact that we have three bathrooms too! I think even though its small in size, the gym and playground are both definitely a great options when we don't want to venture too far from home. You know this property is a great one when there's 1) no bad reviews 2) so few overall (unlike another unnamed apartment complex near the West Dublin BART...those reviews are legit and you should listen to them!) and 3) website is maintained but doesn't have a lot of details because the demand is crazy to live here! My husband and I lived here from 2013-2015 and truly loved it. The location is great, the area quiet, neighbors were friendly, and the office staff THE BEST! Marie is professional yet sincerely friendly. Rigo and later Jeff were both easy to work with and responded to our needs in a quick and efficient manner. I lived at the Kensington for almost three years, got promoted so moved to another Windsor Community, (a great deal!). I loved The Kensington - great location, modern apartments, quiet, well maintained. Marie, (the manager), and Rigo, (maintenance), are both really nice and responsive, and always had weekly and holiday events for the tenants, especially the kids. We have been living here since May 2011 and we LOVE it! First off the landlord Marie is amazing! So friendly and sincerely wants to get to know and build a good relationship with you. BEST FEATURE IS THAT THIS IS A SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY!! The landscaping here is definitely the best I've seen for apartments. Our apartment is very nice. This is a really nice property. The grounds are maintained and the landscaping is gorgeous. The rent is high, but it is the nicest place you can rent in the area. I stayed in the 3 bedroom floorplan and I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking, but all and all it was pretty well sound insulated. It is also very convient as far as location to downtown Pleasanton and easy freeway access. Management was also very responsive to anything that needed to be taken care of.
