WARNING!!!! WARNING this is one place you do not want to stay at, they seem really nice, management, and when you have a lot of issues going on they try to get to it. I moved in August 16th moving out September 30th of 2019 the first day I moved in I saw a cockroach I called management they said it wasn't a cockroach and it was something else they send Terminix Terminix said they didn't see no signs of cockroaches and when they spray the perimeter and other people's Apartments cockroaches we start seeing them every day my husband and I we have to buy some traps for the Cockroaches

Went with my Fiancé to view Las Ventanas and I had such a positive experience! Stephanie was so professional while showing us the newly remodeled units and was able to answer all our questions! Each unit has a spacious backyard which is amazing since I have a fur baby! They are pet friendly and even give you treats to take home to your fur baby! Everything was so clean nice, easy and the tour was enjoyable with Stephanie's positive personality! Did I mention how close it is from downtown! I loved what I've seen so far and hope to call Las Ventanas our home in the near future!

Just moved in and its great. The apartment is just what I wanted, I was approved and handed the keys in just a few days and the office has handled all my questions quickly. Ive walked through the complex a few times and have met a bunch of the neighbors. They've all been friendly and the family's and kids all seem happy. This has been an easy moving experience and I can't be happier.

I moved out in July and received my deposit back the end of October. The manager is extremely irresponsible. The office is often closed during business hours. Good luck calling. I loved the size of the unit but there's mold. Community wise, it is very noisy. There are boys skating, running, yelling, constantly. I would not recommend this apartment complex.

This place is horrible! So where to begin... the downstairs neighbor complained about us walking upstairs when they played loud music after 10pm continuously, the teenage son who did whatever he wanted would always argue with the mother, there were fights that broke out between, slamming doors that cops were frequent coming to their apartment. We pulled a police report on them and gave a copy to management that proved that the police knew the downstairs tenants pretty well. So after they complained about the walking we told management about all of the above regarding the downstairs tenant and how

I have lived here for almost 1 year. This review is truly for Joel, the maintenance guy. Las Ventanas is LUCKY to have him! Not only is he extremely kind and always greets you with a smile, he is very prompt in addressing any maintenance requests including after hours requests. The grounds are beautifully maintained and I attribute that to him as well.
Parking here is NOT good. 1 star for that. I've come home 4 times now to other people parked in my spot and when this happens, you're SOL. Very frustrating, but Joel is always just a phone call away! He takes time out of his evenings

If I could out ZERO stars, I would. If you are thinking of moving in to one of the apartments in this community, DON'T. Managers don't do anything about ANY complaints or any problems about the community. The kids around here have no respect what so ever, they run around screaming and hitting your walls with a basketball or soccer ball. The walls and ceilings are so think you can hear everything! So if you have any problems with noise coming from your neighbor? Don't bother living here. I currently live here, but I have TONS of complaints. Can't so anything about it cuz we are

Where should I start well first and foremost beautiful apartments. Our apartment was renovated prior to our moving in. We have granite counter tops private porches from lush landscaping. Plus the natural light in the living room is exquisite. Wood floors for those who request it.
When it comes to maintenance 5 stars definitely. Thank you Joel for fast
response times and service that goes beyond expectations every time.
There is a new manager and shows with out saying she is here for the people. I know I speak for the residents when I say, keep up the good work.

Nice looking newly renovated unit drew me in, but don't let it fool you it's not worth your 2k a month! Cheap construction and MOLD all over the unit. MULTIPLE FERAL KITTENS RAN OVER & LEFT IN THE STREET NO ONE PICKED THEM UP THEY KEPT ROLLING OVER THEM (so I picked them up) I found a cockroach the size of my finger I don't think I've ever seen one that big. Absolutely NO parking. Be prepared to walk a mile. You get 1 assigned spot and there's no guarantee someone won't park in it. Pool at hot tub are nasty. Neighbors are all rude to you if you don't "

I moved into the complex in December 2016. I love the location and charm of this community, although the buildings are a bit older. They have done a good job at renovating the interiors and curb appeal is OK. It is a 5 minute walk from downtown where they have a ton of great shopping and restaurants. Also close to fairgrounds. Price is reasonable. If you're looking for something more affordable yet decent, this is the place to be!

I wish I could give them no stars. I guess a star for location, meaning they're in Pleasanton. The leasing office barely ever answers their phone and when you leave them a message, they don't call you back. Washing machines and dryers break down at least once a month. Super noisy kids screaming, swimming, playing right by your door. It feels like a kindergarten. For those of us that work, there's no peace and quiet time during the day. I've complained about my downstairs neighbors numerous times about their loud Mexican music. Well the neighbor nor the leasing office has done

Honestly, I applied here and the new leasing consultant was very helpful. Alex seemed to know what she was doing, and overall made us feel very welcomed. whereas the other women was kind of grumpy and i felt like we were more of a nuisance to her. Even though we weren't accepted Alex tried her hardest to make sure we did everything we could to try again. I want to recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check it out. Alex will make you feel welcome.

So I want to write another review about las Ventanas. A year ago I wrote how great it was to live here, wow how things change in one year. The last manager Stephanie was a people's person. She always worked with us whether it was with the rent or any other issues. She was getting rid of all the bad ones and even the ones that didn't live here. Well let me tell you what's changed. We now have a new manager that never is available and that never calls back and if he does call back the problem is already resolved. I just don't understand how you can not care about your tenants

PROS- The grounds are kept very clean and there are lots of grassy areas for the kids to play and lots of children for my kids to play with outside. That's a pro for me, but may not be for you. Management is very nice and polite! First it was Stephanie and now there is a new guy, Jessie. Both have been very accommodating. Maintenance is also very kind and accommodating. I've always had a quick response when I need something. My apartment was beautifully upgraded before I moved in so its very nice (granite counter tops, etc). Las Ventanas is a wonderful, calm, place to live. It is family and pet oriented. The children can be a little loud (screaming) when they play outside but your children will have lots of other children to play with.
The cottages are great. It's like living in a little house all by yourself. The grounds are kept very clean and the maintenance team is very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. It would be nice if they could upgrade the laundry room. Only four washers and dryers so it is hard to do your laundry when you would like to.

I have loved living at Las Ventanas. I would not be moving if it wasn't for a job transfer. The management and all the folks that work here are amazing. It's clean and beautifully kept up and I have met so many wonderful people since living here. I am sad to go. When ever anything needs being taken care of, they always make sure it is done right away. I will really miss living at Las Ventanas!!! It is a great place to live location wise as well as you can walk down to P-Town and are close to the Farmers Market and all the fun events that go on through out the year. It is an ideal location
