Nick came out and did the inspection of the home we purchased in 2015. He gave us a report of his findings. In the report he told us there was a belly in the sewer line to the alley. Nick was the one who referred us to a guy to do the inspection. When we asked about it, he told us it wouldn't be a problem. Seven months later it was a problem and it got worse as months went by. When we called him about it, he had amnesia about telling us it wasn't a problem. We had to spend almost $4,000 to run a new sewer line. Nick stated in his report he couldn't check out the attic as he couldn't get through

In searching for a home to buy, I have used Liberty Inspections twice. Both times they found existing conditions that would have cost me a small fortune to take care of after purchase. The latest was a badly leaking roof that the seller did not reveal on their disclosure form. The next property I look at purchasing, I will absolutely be calling Nick for a thorough inspection.

Liberty Inspections did a complete inspection of an older home in Central Phoenix for my clients. Nick was so professional and very knowledgeable. This is the third time we use Liberty Inspections to inspect our homes before purchase. Nick performed the last two inspections, one of which - thanks to him, we backed out of. He found all the items that would become an expense upon purchase. We valued his opinion and work that when we found another home, we called him back out. I am not one to normally write reviews because sometimes I feel that they are biased; however, I HAD to write one for this company because of the incredible inspection that they did on our new home. We were blown away by the thorough communication, professionalism, detailed work, their expertise and knowledge. We initially saw their website which was very informative and personal to their work! We personally had Nick and he was absolutely amazing. We cannot be more happy with the inspection he did. Very kind, hard-working, and thorough. We couldn’t have asked more and will have him come back

'Nick at Liberty Inspections is the most professional and polite individual I have had the pleasure of working with. He conducted the inspection on the home that I am looking to purchase.
