I have lived in this complex for a little over 4 years. I was initially showed a beautiful one bedroom unit, which I loved. It was clean, all new appliances, new carpet, just great. On the spot, I told management I would take this specific unit, they tried to talk me out of it and wanted to give me a different one. Needless to say, I got the unit I was shown.
All work orders I submitted have been answered promptly and fixed. Management has always been very helpful and accommodating. It's a very chill area to live in.
Downfalls? Ofcourse there are. Being that its an apartment complex

We are living in casa grande apartment over an year. This society is well
maintained, neat and clean . Top rated Elementary school ,Middle school and high school are walkable distance. Couple of park are also just near by. All kind of grocery shops around the area. Much appreciated Leasing office and maintenance team for great job.

I love that Debora (office staff) is always there to help whenever it's needed and gets everything done promptly. I am coming up on one year of living at Casa Grande and I have to say it has been more than satisfactory. The community is safe and quiet with ample parking, and it’s accessibility to freeways and shopping centers makes its location that much more valuable. The management is always very responsive and helpful, and Debora in particular has made communication smooth, friendly, and easy. The complex is quite large, but the layout really makes it feel intimate and private. I would recommend this community to anyone who appreciates a serene atmosphere in a convenient location for an affordable price

Living here was enjoyable! The apartments are spacious and the floor plans are well organized. There's a lot of closet space. Ours had a walk in closet and the living room closet was pretty big as well.
There's plenty unmarked parking for tenants and guest. There's always a spot open.
Hardwood floors in the downstairs apartment's living room and kitchen. The upstairs apartments have carpet, but the vaulted ceilings make them feel spacious.
There's a daycare, an elementary school, and a middle school across the street, so it's great if you have kids. The apartments are non-smoking.

DO NOT, FOR REAL, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I went against my better judgement AND all the yelps reviews I've read & my boyfriend & I decided to move here. This place is extremely overpriced... $2,000 for a one bedroom?! thank god we got in here at a lower price last year cause I don't even think these apartments are worth what we're paying now. Such a joke. We have a weird 15 month lease & we started really regretting it around the 4th month. This place was not even cleaned when we moved in to begin with, spotty workmanship. I have lived here for a year now. It's way overpriced. Anytime there is a concern I constantly get a vm to the office with no returned calls. I email and get no responses. I had to clean the apartment when I moved in. Food unwrapped in cupboards, dirty shower, dust and cobwebs. I have placed work orders through the portal and they either say it's fixed or they tried to reach me which isnt true. Took at least a couple weeks just to get a porch light changed. Trying to navigate stairs in the dark was difficult. Woken up on a couple of occasions having to take cold showers in the morning

Don't move here ...
1st . No parking , people have 3-5 cars that they never move.
2nd. When I was trying to get a hold off my car so the tow truck could get it moved out with out causing more damage . Security called me and said that I can't work on my car on the property and I told them it will take me 10min and I will have the tow truck remove it . They said their attorney will be calling me !!!! Then I see guys working on cars and when I bring it to their attention they ignore me or say that's not my job ... then why did you get in my business in the first place ..

My family and I have lived here since November 2018. I am giving the apartment Management Team 5 stars for the way they have been compassionate during the Covid Pandemic. I appreciate their actions more than I can say. The Management Team has a large number of units, 500 to be exact, to manage and create a comfortable living environment for all of the residents so that we can coexist. My experience was very different considering I did move from the house to the apartment but even though we had some good things such as .During the pandemic the whole staff of casa Grande apartments made it a whole lot more better such as if there was a problem someone would come to ur apartment and fix it at that time and they will be wearing a mask.also they have very good activities for ur kids if you have one.different days in the summer they have a frozen ice cream truck come in and we will have ice cream, they also had donuts on Sunday or movie nights on certain days. My wife and I went over today to check this place out. When we arrived to the leasing center door we knocked on the door. No one answered. We went around the corner and noticed another door. Inside we saw a cat lying inside and heard a couple of staff members laughing it up in the back. When we moved in this place Management was nice etc. Then after the 1st year or so it went down hill! Night security is horrible (there is only one) cars/carports get broken into constantly! If you have issues with noisy neighbors etc they don't care they only care about $$! Also do not expect ANY of your deposit back when you move out! Check the reviews alot state the exact same thing! DO NOT move into this nightmare apartments!!!

I've lived here for 6 years and I have no plans to move. The office staff is quite efficient and friendly. Deborah and Phil are the pillars of the office and are always there to take care of my needs. Alex, the head of maintenance, is a gem. He and his team are right on maintenance requests and do a fabulous job each time. The only downside is that you simply cannot use the carport storage. Mine has been broken into 4 times with locks. I finally gave up and it remains empty. Perhaps security cameras would help. But all in all i am so happy to be living at Casa Grande in Cypress.

Casa Grande is a very old building. Apartments have been remodeled but the quality is not great. Gas stove is one of the reasons we picked this place for and the ample parking. If I would have known the things I know now, I would've kept looking. So if you don't want to run into a bug, plumbing, AC issue -Absolutely stay away from this place. Gardens are always perfectly organized, pools are always secured by securities at night, and washing machines are fixed very quickly no matter what issues they have.
Additionally, I enjoyed the events this apartment held to celebrate

In my opinion, this is a best apartment community in the city of Cypress. I am living in one bedroom size, and it is very spacious and clean. They recently remodeled kitchen, so kitchen is very modern and brand new. Everything inside of the apartment works perfect such as air conditioner, and a bathroom. Whenever my unit needs to repair something, leasing office sends a technician very fast and fix it for me.

Beware of Casa Grande. Worst apartment community ever. Casa Grande committed fraud when they charged me with fees I'm not responsible for. When I went to their rental office to discuss the situation, Jeanne G. (the accounting manager) ran away from me and hid in the bathroom! How incompetent and unprofessional can you get?
