I have only lived here a short time but so far it has been pretty good. I find it hard to believe what the other review stated. The noise is not that bad at all. Besides, this is an apartment, not a house. The maintenance man is very nice and responsive. The laundry area is small but I do my laundry on weekday mornings and its always available. The only negative is I can hear the plumbing from the neighbor whenever they take a shower or use the toilet. I recommend this place so far!

If I could give them ZERO star I would. I lived here for a bit over a year. I had an expensive 1 BR apartment facing the shopping plaza. It was VERY NOISY. I had to keep my windows closed all the time because of it- even then could still hear the trucks. Early in the morning to late at night there was constant noise. My carport along with several others we broken into. Although the manager told me it has never happened before THE POLICE officer told me it has happened several times before. I suggested some kind of security (like cameras), and they told me there were too many legal issues they didn
