We moved here recently from Belmont Shore with the hopes of a quiet community and good parking. Well, it would be quiet if management ever did anything about our downstairs neighbors. They constantly make noise, from showing up drunk at 2:00 in the morning and then arguing with each other to blaring their television so loud we can here it with all windows closed. We have emailed and called management, but nothing ever gets any results for more than a day or two.
We were recently offered to move to a 2 bedroom unit, which we took, but, on a hunch, I decided to inquire if they were moving our parkings

I was there recently. I was interested in finding an apartment there. I called multiple times with no answer. I left a message with no return call after hours in the day. So I walk in, and as soon as I enter I see a woman (Sharon) sitting at her desk looking at the wall doing absolutely nothing at work. She didn't even say hello as I walked in. I said hello how are you. And said I'm looking for information about leasing an apartment and she waves her hands and says here. And asked if I had an appointment. I told her I tried to call multiple times with no response. Then instantly days

The property seemed nice, but the manager was rude to my boyfriend and I when we stopped by to check it out. She acted like we were bothering her, reluctantly showed us the model unit, didn't take us on a tour, barely told us anything about the complex. Not sure what her issue was, but needless to say we won't be back after how we were treated. Can't imagine living there & dealing with her if we needed something, no thanks.

Hi I moved here last year with family, first thing I would say is I love it and the landscape is beautiful with huge trees, the only thing is you have to sweep basically every other day, leaves falls in your balcony, which is beside the point..Managers-and staffs are very sweet and friendly. I haven't had any issues as some did here, which I was reading. Only thing is some of the speed bumps are too high, it doesn't matter if you are going less than 5 miles to go very slow over it-still hits the bottom which broke my muffler and cost me good amount to get new one.. ..I think measurement

I don't normally share but felt compelled. This is a great complex but they only have one major issue that can't be ignored. There is no guest parking if you have more than two vehicles. If you are single you should be okay as you will have one spot available. The complex has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apts. and each is assigned 1 covered carport and one uncovered parking spot. The problem is a lot of folks have 3 or more vehicles because most of the bigger apts. are occupied. This means some people living in the complex have to park on the street. We just happily renewed our lease a couple months ago for another year. :)
Here's our situation:
* Quiet, mid-20s couple
* No human kids
* 2 cats
We only needed a one bedroom because we just simply don't need the extra space although the floorplan with the den is definitely cool. The location of the one bedroom apartments are all on one end by themselves which is a great, because our neighbors are all either couples or single residents with no kids, which is nice for me.
If you live in the area near the pools or all the multiple bedroom units, it will be loud in the summer, but

I liked renting here at first. Management is nice and responsive. Rent is relatively cheap compared to other apartments in the area. But noise in this apartment is very loud. I live in the downstairs unit by the pool. You will hear kids screaming and diving into the pool, people playing loud music pretty much all day long in the summer. Also, I can hear it every time when upstairs tenants take shower or walk around.

This place is truly taken a dump. They have numerous water pipe leaks throughout the property. The walkways to get to your apartments are flooded. Maintenance doesnt even have the decency to place a wooden walkway or some sort of contraption so my family and I dont have to walk through mud or 2 inches of water.
Good news is my previous rant about parking permits worked. They setup a permit system, and miraculously its no longer a nightmare to find a parking spot.
Noticed a lot of vacancies and empty apartments in the property. Look long and hard before you consider moving

It has been a wonderful experience living in Villa Creek Apartment for almost 3 years. Villa creek is very safe and quiet complex for living, and we didn't have any problem.
I have never seen such a responsible manager like Megan before, she is always 24/7 available and happy to help all residents and resolve their problems.

I lived at Villa Creek for 10 years. I had a very good experience. The staff are professional and tend to your needs quickly. Even if Megan is young she is very responsible, professional and reasonable. Over the 10 years my rent only was raised about $150. The place is clean and beautifully landscaped.I am happy to have called Villa Creek my home and miss the many friends that I made there.
