This review is for the Lincoln Townhomes, also owned by Bonanni but I didn't see any yelp page for that site. Experience was 5/5! The owners are great, Derek is very communicative and easy to work with. There was a lot of flexibility which allowed our move in and move out process to be very seamless. The townhomes are pretty new, and well kept. The design is pretty modern and affordable (in comparison to the area!). Only gripe was being out on the main street, but hopefully you're on the inside townhomes part.

Lincoln West front office and ownership is truly there for the residents. I moved across the country and every step of the way they kept communication and gave me information that allowed for an easy transition. I have lived in many apartment complexes around the country and this one stands out. Residents are friendly and the amenities are always clean! If you want peace when you come home this is the place. I normally don't leave reviews but this apartment complex, because of its staff deserves one!

My 11-year-old daughter and I are among the first to live at Lincoln West. We both love the homey yet resort style atmosphere.
The units are beautiful with lots of natural light, high ceilings, tasteful, well thought design.
Management and crew are great about being consistent and following through on any rules and guidelines. Sometimes we need a reminder to keep our home here like it was when we first arrived.
Being in a locked community with surveillance cameras, and on site maintenance makes us feel extra safe and secure.

This is definitely the best address in Cypress (I will say include other nearby cities as well within a 5-mile radius like Buena Park, Los Alamitos, or Cerritos) if you are planning to rent an apartment. The major differentiating factor between Lincoln West and other nearby major apartment community is the awesome Lincoln West Management, leasing office staff, maintenance team, housekeeping person, and obviously the residents. Our kitchen had stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher). AC/heating works immediately with no issues. There's also laundry rooms in each floor and the washer and dryers were spacious and clean.

This review is long overdue but necessary for all Yelpers considering this place as a future home. My girlfriend and I lived here for nearly one year, and in that time, its been an almost traumatic experience. Firstly, it is a newer construction, which is just about the only positive thing about this place. They charged rent like it was a luxury apartment in Downtown LA, not like a small redevelopment located in suburbia next to a funeral home. Firstly, i would live to give a big shout out to Max for managing the place so wonderfully with all his positivity. We have lived here for over a year and this is the best luxury apartment with awesome staff, they are super friendly and the complex is kept spotless clean and neat. With all modern amenities this is the best apartment with a balcony in the area. They have recessed lighting throughout the house with ample light throughout the house. All other residents were so friendly too. All who visited the apartment were super impressed as well.

I love that the apartment complex is newly built (It just opened on April 1, 2019). I love that I am the first resident to ever live in my unit! I also love that the entire property is modern, new, and clean. The building is gated and there are also surveillance cameras in and around the premises. At night time, the building and parking lot are well-lit. It's very safe and secure.

My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and only moved because we were expecting a baby and wanted more space. This place is definitely considered a luxury apartment and is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The complex was ALWAYS clean and spotless and Beto was always so nice and friendly. My friends and family were always so impressed with the complex when they would visit. We lived in a corner apartment so we never had to deal with any issues of noise, but granted, when living in an apartment you cannot control other residents and how loud they are in their own apartment.

We lived at Lincoln West Apartments for a year before needing to move into a house for our growing family. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes over the years and Lincoln West was by far the most enjoyable living experience I've had. The office staff are all great, kind, helpful people AND easy to chat with. Any question or concern was attended to immediately. Maintenance was always performed in a timely fashion. Janitorial duties around the entire complex were performed daily and always kept spotless. The community gym was a great benefit as well. I don't ever leave online reviews

This is our future new home as we have not moved in yet but will in May and so excited. The new complex is gorgeous and such a needed break for us from where we have been. Everything is brand new if you are lucky to move in now no one has lived in the unit before you. The kitchen is a dream and includes stainless appliances, huge Frigidaire refrigerator with ice maker. Microwave and dishwasher. Quartz counters (with a touch of sparkle) and lots of cabinets and drawers and entire place has rich flooring and central heat and air......(oh my goodness pinch me). This apartment is amazing! Everything is brand new, very modern and all appliances included! I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with my husband and 2 small children and there's plenty of room even with our 2 girls sharing. There is gorgeous recessed lighting throughout the foyer, kitchen and great room. The walk in closet in the master bedroom is also a nice touch. Oh and they have hookups in the walls so you can mount a flat screen tv in each room including the great room. (Cable is Spectrum) There are 3 washers and dryers on each floor so you get your washing done quickly. The gym is great

This is a brand new apartment community in the city of Cypress. It has a resort type feel with a beautiful pool and spa area surrounded by palm trees. There are stainless steel gas BBQ's, a fire pit and a large cabana area for hanging out. There are 3 laundry rooms, one on each floor and the laundry is FREE! All of the tenants get free laundry! There's an air conditioned gym on the 2nd floor with all of the newest, state of the art equipment. There are only 67 units in this complex, so it has more of a small, close knit community feel. All of the neighbors are super nice. Pets
