I have lived at Mallard Landing for just under a year and love it! Its so convenient and close to everything you could need. The mall is in walking distance which is so nice! The apartments are well maintained and any issues are resolved quickly and happily! They are always doing fun contests for residents and really make sure everyone feels at home here. They can easily be contacted at the leasing office, and even have text messaging set up which is so convenient. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to live!

We like to live in the Mallard Landings because if this nice atmosphere, friendly Neighbour and very nice staffs in the office. They are very responsible and quick in fixing the apartment repairs👍 They are doing lot of events of kids and family, which makes me feel that we are a family to Mallard Landings with lots of lively atmosphere hidden in here😊😊😊Love to stay here for longer 😊

We just moved in today and we’re a very tight schedule. Blake and Adam were on top of their game. They helped us move in to our apartment literally in 2 days. Got us approved same day even got our washer and dryer delivered the day we moved in. They are life savors and the personalities literally what helped us with our moving decision. The… beautiful lake and the amazingly decorated club house down to the care package we got . Even got a care package for our puppy. So from day one this has been such an amazing experience so BLAKE AND ADAM thank you guys so much.
