Office and maintenance staff are top-notch. Pool is refreshing. Parking needs to be designated for each building with overflow areas dedicated. Apartments and clubhouse are really nice. Stacy was amazing. I live in Dallas and called all over town trying to help my daughter find an apartment to move into in less than a month. Stacy was so kind and helpful and I couldn’t thank her enough for her help. The apartment was great and the complex is very well kept with great curb appeal.

We've lived here for over 2 years, and were immediately taken in by the open layouts of the apartments, the quiet neighborhood, and the great location. Came for the views last year and continue to renew in part because of the great customer service!
The maintenance team has always been fantastic with their speedy, ninja like way of fixing things the day we put a work order in and making sure Fieldstone always looks great. Stacey and her team are always thinking up great ways to engage with the community, whether it's the roadside breakfasts, the snowcone stop, the decorating contests, wacky videos

In response to the previous review the police were here Friday looking for the managers son. Two cruisers arrived beating on the door. They asked me if I've seen him around and for me to call if he comes back. My main problem is the water bill and switching of companies without any kind of notice given. My bill was over double and when confronting the manager she said I was double billed and I should pay whatever the bill says and it should balance out later. So she admitted I was over charged but told me to pay anyway claiming she had no control over it. When following up a week later the

Nice quiet location. Lived there a year. Steve did a great job on maintenance. The office staff were nice but new ones have taken it over.
Positives: Second floor newer apartments have vaulted ceilings and even downstairs apartments have higher than normal ceilings. Nice floor plans with bedrooms on either side.
Negatives: NO ONE TELLS YOU BUT BEAVERCREEK WATER IS HARD HARD HARD. All my glasses, dishes, pots and pans, etc. are ruined. Thick white residue does not come off unless you wash in vinegar and salt. Some of my glasses are now thrown away. You can rent a water softener for $50 a month
